Hi Carole
. I wish it was just 15#s. I was doing great, lost the 15 life was fine. Some how I quit paying attention and now its 40#s to lose. Totally bummed, had my labs checked and my B12 and DHEA levels were low so I've started supplements which seem to be helping my energy levels. So back to calore counting and tracking exercise.

We can do this! Don't be embarrassed..be determined!

Yes LadyCJM, still here. Are you getting ready for a fresh start? Good luck with your 15 pounds. If fifteen pounds is all you are wanting to lose, I am happy for you (and a bit envious).

I've been down and now, I'm up! Grrrr!! I spent a full year and was so committed to SP, good eating, and exercise, then I weakened and just can't get back in the swing of things, I am embarrassed to say..

How have you been doing since 2008? Good luck with you goal. emoticon

Oh Yum! Yum! Both sound great!

That has been the one thing I miss about retiring, we used to CELEBRATE every holiday (and quit often Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and of course Fridays). There was always a group from work ready to go out to lunch, and we had every restaurant chain right there! Might be why I'm at the weight I am today, what do ya think?

I only found one place that had Taco Soup, it was heavenly. They used to make it every Friday, then they only made it occasionally and there was never a set day, nor could they tell you when they would have it!! Bummer!

I want to congratulate the both of you one your choices, and control of portions. Good job!

I would be interested in that...I had taco soup last night but only a little.

Happy Cinco de Mayo! I am celebrating tonight, but instead of doing tortilla chips and margarita's, I made black bean burritos.

Ok, truthfully, I will have one margarita. But just one! :)

Would anyone be interested in a basic 'who can rack up the most fitness minutes??' type challenge?

We are hoping to respark (no pun intended) the team. I know that there are other good teams out there too but we just want to make sure that we are handling the needs of this team.

Anyone celebrating Cinco de Mayo out there? If so, what are you doing to celebrate today?

I like the little challenges, short term. I did enjoy the Valentine's Day Challenge that JAUDON
had. It would have been nice to have had a "Mother's Day Challenge". But I am not the one to ask because I'm not as active (Or creative thinking) as I'd like to be.

I am glad you put it out there for the whole team,
although so far not a lot of ideas coming your way, huh? I hope some team members will come through for you. I do appreciate all that the leaders and co-leaders do for us.. Thank you!

Every little bit does help. I just started doing the Turbo Jam also. I just recently joined a gym too after years of saying I would never go. I do a lot of workout videos and I use my resistance band quite a bit but I need to buy some new ones.

What kinds of challenges would you all like to have as a team? Can you give us an idea of what you would like to see as a team?

Oops, you caught me eating a small bowl of left over birthday ice cream from my son's birthday. I'm glad I sent this cake home with him!

I really intend to get serious here real soon! Although this morning I was down two pounds from when I left for vacation. Yippee!!

It is a great day here (Washington State) today, I have been trying to get outside all day. I have walked at least two miles every day for the past thirteen weeks, todays walk will be nice..

What type of exercise program do you have put together for yourself? What works the best for you? My daughter comes over and we try to do the Turbo Jam together, we aren't moving very fast on that program, but I guess everything helps.

Have a good day/week/month!

Not as well as you, KIMMIEKINS76, but I am happy.

I have been camping at the ocean for two weeks, came home to have an "egg coloring" dinner, and a special Easter breakfast, and dinner with the family. Then left the next day for Hawaii for two weeks, and ended up with only one pound gained! I am very satisfied.

Tonight was a family birthday dinner, plus another on Saturday. I look forward to getting totally back on track next week, but I have managed to keep up the exercising, so that helps a lot!!

You are doing GREAT!! emoticon

I completely understand your frustration! But, you can't have an 'all or nothing' attitude about this. Every healthy choice you make is a step in the right direction, and that is whats important! If you mess up - no biggie! Just keep taking baby steps, and soon you will be at your goal! It has taken me over 2 years to get to where I am now, and I still have a LONG way to go.

Maybe you should join Coach Nicole's New Year, New You challenge here: www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/groups_i

HI... How sad am I in Sept of 08 I joined this team all excited and ready to lose the weight and start a new. And now 4 months later I'm back 10 lbs heavier and more dissappointed in myself :( I'ts a new year and I have to do it for not only myself like I had commenced but for my son and my marriage because my lack of self confidence not so much in public as at home is getting ridiculous!! So if anyone has any motivational words please H E L P! emoticon

Hey, wake up people! Why is everyone so quiet around here??

I just got off the treadmill. I am back to running, and LOVING it! I am doing a 5k in April, so I gotta get with it!!

How is everyone else? FYI: Target is having a pretty good sale on workout clothes right now. I got some new sports bras, pants, tops, and a track jacket for about 75 bucks. Good deals!!

Hi Lyn - glad to hear that your father made it through his procedure safe and sound. What a great gift!

I am back from vacation, and had a wonderful time. Its nice to be back, except for the 20 degree weather. I was getting pretty used to 83 degrees and sun!

Hope everyone has a safe new years eve!

I am asking for a postive thought for my father today. I know the universe responds to postive forces and he is having brain surgery for an anurysm today. It also happens to be my birthday which just isn't fair, a day of worry on a day of celebration. Please send out positive energy. Thanks.

Well I finally got my tree up and put the lights on and some decorations. I'm gonna finish it today. Although I want a bow for my tree topper, but not sure how to go about it. I know how to make the bow b/c someone I know showed me how. Its which ribbon o use is what I'm not sure about.

Thats great JAUDON! Have you and your BF decided where your going to go? Well have fun on your vacation. Don't worry about the evils of wearing a bathing suit. Just think about how hard you worked to get to where you are now and screw what people think. :D

Take care

Well I've done my christmas shopping for my kids. I still have to go toy shopping for them from my grndparents. They live in NJ and I'm in TX and between my grandmothers bad leg and not being able to shop like she use to and then the cost of shipping everthing down here....she sends me money to shop for her. It works out better b/c we use to end up buying the same things. Next, I'm going to put up my tree really soon, but the decorations I want I need to go out and buy them...so it'll be up with some lights, but not decorations for a few days.

Anyway, I have a question. Are beans naturally filling? I just ate beans and rice. I didn't eat alot. Maybe 1 cup or 1 1/2 cup. I ate till I wasn't hungry anymore. Then it hit me...I'm really full! I threw everything that was left over out before I hit that fullness, but as I'm sitting here I'm really really feeling full. I know it takes a while for your stomach to tell your brain..hey I'm full! But it was just a small amount of beans & rice. SO I was just wondering...do beans make you fil up quick?

Good Morning everyone!
So, Today is December 1st and we have 24 more days til christmas...duh! haha anyway, I'm excited for christmas this year. Not b/c I'm hoping to be 9lbs smaller or even 5lbs. smaller would be nice to, but b/c of the decorations. I love christmas decorations and I can't wait to put up our christmas tree. Not only that, but I got great deals on black friday and got alot of stuff for my girls. I actually feel that this will be a nice christmas for once. I can't wait for them to open their gifts and the fact that their dad is here this time is so exciting.

So aside from that, ThanksGiving was really nice for us. I hope ya'll had a good weekend to. I've been doing pretty good with watching how much I eat and still drinking water. It's pretty chilly outside for everyone on the map. I hope everyone drives safe when you have to get out there in the cold. Crazy drivers out there. Don't know why, but for some reason when the weather gets bad, the drivers get bad. I don't get it, but be safe.

Take Care

Thank you ILVCMP for posting that. I'm sorry to hear about your father, but I'm glad to hear your sister is there to give her support.

I'm thankful for my health of course :) , but also thankful that my husband is here with me and the family this year. We're really happy that he can, not only be with us for the holidays, but our youngest daughter's b-day as well. He missed out on her 1st & 2nd b-day. I'm glad my kids can be around at least one family member for thanksgiving besides my husband & I. Thats my father-in-law.

I hope all of you have a wonderful thanksgiving. If anyone is traveling like we are this year, please be careful...drive safe.

I am in for that challenge. I am very thankful for my health. I am lucky, I am not limited in what I want to do because I am healthy.

I am thankful for my family and right now my sister in Florida in particular. She is near my parents and unfortunately my father is dealing with a brain aneurysm. I am in Vermont and cannot do anything but my youngest sister is giving my mother all the support she needs. I have told her that I am thankful she is there for them.

I was thinking with Thanksgiving coming up in a couple days, I thought maybe we could to a Thanksgiving Challenge. Were each person has to post at least one thing they are thankful for in their life. And/or even email to at least one person (friend or relative)in their address book and tell that person why your thankful to have that person in your life.

Just thought it would be something nice to do.

I left town Friday afternoon and just returned late last night. My boyfriend and I visited a small town where the ONLY restaurant nearby had mostly fried foods. I did pack some fresh fruit and a Luna bar just in case. We were hunting for furniture all day yesterday and didn't have a chance to eat at regular intervals. Needless to say, I went way over on my calories and did not get to the gym. We did, however, do a lot of walking.

With Thanksgiving coming up this week, I have to take this opportunity to say how very thankful I am for finding Sparkpeople just when I was at my lowest in life; thanks to all of my SP team members! It is very encouraging to read the various discussions even if I don't always have the opportunity to join the conversation. Many of you have described similar situations and it is comforting to know we are struggling through this together.

I am also thankful that I have two very wonderful daughters who support me and encourage me along the way.

I hope everyone has a great week. If you're traveling, be safe!

Thanks Sarah! I would like to do something like that. I'd have to find a sitter for my 2 year old, but I'll look into it. :)

Hi Jwright - I volunteer with a local rescue group, and we are always looking for other volunteers! I foster dogs in my house, do holiday gift wrapping, bake sales, car wash, etc to raise money, and attend local events to raise awareness of rescue organizations. You might look around and find something like that in your area. Obviously you could not foster, but there are so many things you could do that would help out animals in need and give you those warm fuzzy I-helped-something-today feelings :)

Some people just don't understand and say things like..."It's just a Dog!" or "It's just a pet!" No, it's not. Your pet is like one of your kids.

Yeah, I've thought about working at an animal shelter or even an animal clinic, but the shelter didn't need any help and I never heard back from the vet. Oh well! Not now, maybe later something will turn up.

Today so far is better. I'm cleaning the house instead of going tothe gym today. Normally we have friends come over fridays and saturdays so I want the house to look nice and bathrooms clean. Funny, the only thing I hate more than seeing a dirty bathroom reguardless if it's mine or someone else's, is having to clean the bathroom. I got some things done already, but not done yet and I'm ready to take a nap. UGH! OK well things can only get better.

Thanks RSTEPHENS1 for your post. :) take care

JWRIGHT, how sad! It is so difficult missing a family pet and some people just don't understand. I had to have my male cat, Jingles, put down last year right before Christmas. It was the hardest thing I've had to do in my adult life so far.

If you can't have pets right now, have you ever thought about volunteering at an animal shelter or even volunteering to walk a neighbor's dog? It's not the same as having your dog back, but the best thing about dogs is they give unconditional love.

Take care and hope your day gets better.

Well it was a good thing you went to the doctor then ELLIE. Glad to hear you feel alot better.

As for me, I went 59 calories over yesterday, but I'm going to try better today. I've been drinking my water. I walked yesterday. Was feeling a little sad. I miss my dog we use to have few years back when my husband & I lived in MI. He was the best dog ever. Amazing with our daughter. Very protective and very playful. He was a mutt. When my husband got out of the Coast Guard we had to move out of our gov. housing and we had no where to go. We moved in with our friend for a few months then moved in with my husbands grandmother. She doesn't listen to anyone and doesn't like me for some reason or another. I think it might be b/c I married my husband. I've never disrespected her. Had always tried to be as nice as could be even was she was mean to me. We had no other choice but to move in with her. Our dog didn't like her b/c she felt the need to disapline our daughter when she did something wrong. In our dog's eye's, my husband & I were the ONLY ones allowed to disapline our daughter. Well my husband & I started thinking we don't have anywhere else to go and we can't keep having our dog act like this. Our dog was perfectly fine around his grandmother. It was only when the grandmother would litterly get in my daughter's face and scream at her. Number 1: thats just wrong. She was 3 years old at the time. So he bit her. Number 2: my husband & I talked to the grandmother and said look...only we can disapline her, not you. She never listened and it happened again. Well we ended up making the biggest mistake of our lives. We took him to an animal shelter. From that day on I've hated that grandmother esp when she kinda rubbed it in my face that my dog was gone. I felt sick to my stomach b/c we got rid of him. I think back and wish to GOD we just did something different like moved out. This happened like 4 years ago, but it still makes me & my husband so angry. We really miss him. Long story short, I was walking to my daughters school to get her and on the way there, there are all these dogs along the way. One in particular looks exactly like my dog when he was just a puppy. everytime I saw another dog I just wanted to burst into tears. I want to get another dog, but our landlord won't let us have pets. That plus I was feeling sad b/c of my weight. I keep trying and it seems like I can't break this platau. I think it's all hormonal. My friend has come to vist. Can't wait til it's gone.
Sorry for the novel and ranting, but I just had to vent. One thing I have to mention. After I got my daughter from school, there was another mother getting her son and we started chit chatting about the military and stuff. I didn't think of it at the time, but I like to think that was God's way of getting what was making me sad off my mind for a bit.

I hope today is better than the day before, not for just me, but for everyone. Stay warm and take care

I've put on 6 pounds since September dispight excersize and diet. I was feeling cold and sluggish so I went to my doctor for some insight. She said that she'd test me for diabetis, hypothyroid but also for vitamin D and B-12 defficencies. She said a vit D def can cause hypothyroid symptoms. I started taking it last night at 2000 IU along with a B-12 sublingual. I feel so much better today. I'm not cold, I actually feel warm and my brain is working again. I think that was my problem. Maybe now I can actually make progress with my weight loss.

Hey everyone! Hope ya'll are having a nice wednesday morning. I didn't start out so well.
I went to wake up daughter my to get ready for school and when she sat up quick, her forhead wacked my bottom lip which made my teeth hit my lip. Talk about pain! My daughter said she was sorry, but I was in enough pain I couldn't speak for a moment. Maybe b/c I was spitting blood into the sink and trying to stop the bleeding. after she was done getting dressed I did hug her and told her it was alright. What a way to start your day, right?
And what a way to end your night by breaking glass all over the kitchen floor. Last night I was getting ready to make dinner. I was searching for carrots in the fridge and I'm moving things around and one of my glass tupperwear fell from the shelf onto the floor. I had no shoes on and I'm surrounded by white rice and glass. Thankfully my husband was there to rescue me. Picked me up, carried me over to the living room and he cleaned up the mess. I still ended up with glass in my foot a little later.

Oh and lets not forget the 3lbs I gained as well. I gave in and weighed myself at the gym yesterday. Not happy, but I'm gonna go ahead and say it's either due to gaining muscle or my friend that came to visit. So I'm having a run of bad luck right now. My mother always said that everything happens in 3's. I believe the same thing and I'm hoping that this morning was my 3rd happening b/c I'd really like to get over this.

Ok well enough of my ranting. Time to move on and get things done. Will post more later. Take care everyone!

Congrats on the 41 pounds (and have fun shopping!!!) Thats an amazing accomplishment!

I have been so busy lately! I just got back from traveling, mainly for work but also to visit a friend. I was in Colorado, and we hiked up a peak in the Rockies - over 13,000 feet!! It was such an amazing experience, and the view just blew me away. I posted some pics and a blog about it if you want to check it out.

I also wanted to let everyone know that Spark is going to be doing a weekly newsletter through the holiday season, helping you with tips and advice on surviving the holidays without eating a week's worth of calories in one sitting! If you get the 'best of spark' newsletter now, you should get the holiday guide.

Keep up the good work team - everyone is doing great!!!

Hi everyone! I'm a terrible poster, don't know why just can't get into the swing of it. I'm sorry for that. I feel like that weird member that only posts when something big has happened. Which is why I'm posting today. I feel like I've made amazing progress with my weight loss and I'm going to pop if I don't start shouting about it.

When I started exercising and eating right, really really trying to get healthy (that was July 2, but who's taking notes) I weighed in at 266. *Ticker below.

This morning when I stepped on the scale I nearly fell off from shock when the dial finally stopped moving. 225!!! That's 41 pounds (but who's counting), which is HUGE for me because I don't diet or exercise well. I'm so lazy.

Now it's time to buy a new wardrobe. My husband said that if I lost 40 pounds I got exclusive use of the bank account to buy whatever I wanted.

Sorry team When I got back from our bus trip to Nashville I got a UTI and then the election where I was Chairperson of the precinct went to the Dr's for the UTI and had a reaction to the drugs finally 3 different antibiotics then had a 2 cafés and a sunshine breakfast that I cooked for followed by a strudel sale and Holiday Bazaar. Whew I am tired. I missed all of the fun and friendship that I had on the challenge. My weight is staying still I must be in a plateau. Haven't done any cardio haven't felt that good. Will start today back on the routine. I noticed the challenge on the chug a lug I do drink water at least 8 glasses a day so that is a good thing. Hubby got layed off on Friday so that is not a good thing. Will be going to Florida to visit both sets of folks over the thanksgiving holiday. Will keep posting. Have a good one, Marsha

Sorry, I have been MIA the past few days because of bratty kids (18 and 13). Love them dearly, but they are stressing me out.

Thanks so much everyone for your support; it has meant a great deal to me.

It is raining here this morning, so I'm not able to walk outside. I do plan on dropping by a fitness center this morning while I'm out running errands. If anyone has any ideas as to what to look for in a fitness center, I'd love to hear from you.

Well I walked my 2 miles today, in flip flops. Wasn't the best idea I ever had. :) Been drinking water all day. I finally got off my butt and got myself and everything set up to weedwack. my yard, not my street, but my yard is one big hill. I have this small flat section that I was able to take care of before the weedwacker stopped. I thought the spool was stuck. I sat down to check. Low and behold...there was no spool at all. I had to laugh. After I finaly decide OK i'm gonna take care of this, I run out of spool.

So I hope everyone has a good night. I'm off to cook dinner. Take care

Just wanted to say Good Morning everyone! It's a lovly chilly friday here in my neck of the woods, but hey...IT'S FRIDAY!!!

The only thing I have planned today is to do what I did yesterday for exercise. Abs, arms and maybe some legs. I'm going to try to force myself to get outside to take care of those darn weeds once & for all. I thought about doing it yesterday, but ended up scrubbing down my fridge. At least I did something productive. :)

Hope ya'll have a great friday! emoticon

Also just to say, I'm happy for you RSTEPHNS for your tests coming back good.

Another thing, I know this is going to sound silly, but I see everyone who posts on SP have this scale like picture of your goal weight and where your at now at the end of your posts. I want to do that to, but don't know how. Could someone please tell me?

No you aren't the only one! I think we have all been there at one time or another! LOL

It's not required that you post your weight..I just find that it helps us be accountable to each other :) I'm sorry that your day started off crappy though! Maybe we just need to give your hubby's truck a big blanket to help keep it warm! :)

well sadly I won't be able to post my weight. I don't own a scale nor do I want to, but I was going to go to the gym today and weigh myself there. Once again, my husband took my car to work b/c his truck wouldn't start. Has this sorta thing ever happened to anyone else? I swear I feel like I'm the only one. I love my husbands truck, but she's a big baby when it's cold outside. She won't start.

Anyway, I still plan on doing something active today. So maybe later today I can post my activity and be happy. Have a great day everyone!

Good idea about the movie club! I just clipped a new recipe from the newspaper for a pumpkin custard (sounds like pie without the crust). I liked that they gave the nutritional information with the recipe.

Great news: the doctor reported that my ultrasound came back just fine. He is doing more blood tests just to be sure nothing else is amiss. I am so relieved! He said that a fatty diet could make the test results high. So since I'm eating healthier and exercising, maybe next year it will have improved.

Hope everyone is having a good day!

Oh, I like those ideas RSTEPHNS1 !! We should do something like that. I have couple holiday recipes I can share. I haven't read a good book in a while, but I'd like to jump into one.

One idea I have that would go right next to listing good books to read, would be: What's your favorite movie? Or your Top 5 favorite movies? Like a movie club.

So far, my wednesday morning has started kinda boring really. It's cold outside, husband at work, oldest daughter is at school. I have absolutly nothing planned for today except later I have to walk to get her from school. So that will count as my 30 minutes of outdoor physical activity.

Have a great day everyone!

Right off the top of my head, I would suggest:

1. A recipe exchange. With the holidays coming up, we could share recipes. I'm always looking for a new (or easy) recipe; something different from what I've done in the past.

2. A book club. What book are you reading this week?

3. What's on your playlist? Again, I'm always looking to add new music to my iPod and it would be fun to know what kind of music everyone's interested in.

4. Did I mention the holidays are just around the corner? Some kind of challenge to stay sane through December 31st. Where I live they are already playing Christmas jingles on the radio.

Well good afternoon everyone! Hope ya'll are having a good day so far

I think thats a great idea BSPIKA. Do celebrations and activitys instead of gift giving. Thats something the whole family can enjoy without worrying about what to buy and having the money. To much stress. So, thunbs up on a great idea!

So far I think I'm doing ok with eating portions and drinking water. B/c of the holidays coming up and stores have put out my favorite coffee creamer, I've been having a couple cups of coffee in the mornings. This is the ONLY time of year I do this. I'm not a hugh coffee drinker. I'm doing really good with just eating til I'm not hungry anymore instead of til I'm full. I'm doing my best to make better decisions when it comes to food.

As for coming up with ideas....IF & when I have any ideas, I will certainly post them. Right now, I don't have any. Sorry!

Have a great day and stick to your goals!! :)

I think its nice to have a core team of people I started with just to check in with now and then. Maybe a periodic, "How's the adventure going" thread.

I also appreciate a monthly challenge.

Because of my daily schedule and a couple of the other teams I've found, I don't get much chance to post here. But I do check in on a weekly basis.

Maybe, we could also have one weekly info thread...sort of a "did you know this..." discussion.

RSTEPHENS1 - How scary for you. At least you went in for the tests. Had you not done so, you may never have received the warning sign. Hopefully everything will work out well for you. I'm sending positive energy your way...keep us posted on.

Hello everyone! I just returned late last night from a week's vacation in Texas (beach area) with my oldest sister. We had an amazing time; walked the beach every day, sometimes twice. Our only disappointment was to find out that they fry just about everything. We were so looking forward to eating fresh seafood, but we did the best we could.

While on vacation, I received a phone call from my doctor's office. On October 30th I had a complete physical - a present to myself. All but one test result came back fine. The liver function test apparently came back with problems. My Mom suffers from a liver disease; the doctors caught it about 2 years ago and started her on a daily medicine to slow the disease.

To say I'm scared to death would be putting it mildly. I've been scheduled in this week for more blood tests and an ultrasound. I'm praying for the best, and in the meantime am getting back to life as normal here at home.

Way to go Lyn! Isn't it wonderful to start seeing the little progressions. Just gives you that little extra oomph!

Academianut...good for you for jumping right back on. I too have had a hard time this week. Actually expect to see some weight gain at my weigh-in this morning. Sometimes we need to take a break to appreciate where we want to get back to!

I just hope to stay focused and motivated through the upcoming winter celebrations. I've been taking steps to clear my calendar through November and December and have destressed the family get-togethers by proclaiming it a "gift-free" year.

We've all decided to spend the celebrations doing peaceful and fun activities rather than gift-giving. I'm loving it! Especially since I'm broke!

Have a great day ladies!

I know I am getting stronger. I had to increase the weights on the machines this week. I am also up to between 45 - 60 minutes on the eliptical. If I do 45 then I do 20 on the recumbant bike in addition. I could not have done that at the beginning.

I took a week off because I was so very busy. My daughter's birthday falls right after Halloween so it was a busy, if extremely fun, week. Did pretty good eating-wise the week before Halloween but pretty much let go during the weekend. Didn't go totally nuts but I did end up eating more fast food and far more candy thna usual. Also, I excused myself from exercise during the week because I needed to sew costumes, plan and buy and prepare for the birthday party, write a paper for class, read a bunch of stories for another class, etc, etc.

This week though, I'm back on the wagon. Got my exercise in this morning and I'm doing good on the eating so far. Woo-hoo!

Welcome back! You just have to hop back on SP and get going again. No need to apologize.

Focus on the positive feelings you get from being physically active. When you eat healthy, do you notice things such as stronger nails, healthier looking hair, clearer complexion? These are just a few of the positive changes I've noticed since joining SP. If there is a morning that I'm not feeling like getting up and exercising, I start to list all the positive feelings or pros of exercising/eating healthy.

It's sounds corny, but it works for me. Hope to see you around here on the posts.

Well after two weeks of not coming on here, no exercise and eating everything in sight.... I am back. It all started with a sprained muscle in my leg and being told to rest and not exercise. I did as the doctor ordered but along with that I lost motivation for everything else. things slipped at work, things slipped at home-i just couldnt be bothered to do ANYTHING. I ate like there was no tomorrow as well.
I feel awful about it and felt bad and guilty the whole time.
i weighed myself this morning and i have put on a good few pounds. i felt gutted. not only the weight has come on but i just feel very flabby and very lethargic and basically RUBBISH!!!

I have come on here to confess all and get back on the wagon!!! i dont want to feel sluggish anymore- i want to feel fit and healthy again!!!

you all seem to be doing so well, well done all of you for keepign up the hard work, i am hoping to be as strong as all of you again. i know i can do it!!!!
