I do crunches during the commercials of whatever I am watching at night. I usually get in 500 and then stop cause it starts to hurt, lol.

I think there are a few of us that relate to the Mum-Zilla concept. I know I certainly do.

I will have to do claf raises also.

Well, I've been there about a year now. I picked it up to make a little money while i was in my last year of schooling. Now that I'm working full time as a teacher I really should quit....but it's mostly a fun time.
We have very few difficult brides actually. It's far more common to have mother-of-the-bridzillas (crazy moms).

Those are great!!! I love calf raises! They are good if you are a runner!

Oh you know what would be cool!!! If you home you can do lunges back in forth in your house when a commercial is on or if you have a few spare mins!!

Have you tried calf raises? It's sort of like walking on your toes on the way to the bathroom but you can do it anywhere just for a quick workout.

Those wall pushups are pretty neat!! I didin't think I would feel sore after I did them but I think it def worked some muscles!!!
More workout tips???? Lets see sometimes I get off the elevator at a different floor and walk up the stairs to my floor I work on.

Today will be my first day doing the same thing, I will add squats to my list!!!

Keep em coming ladies!!! These Ideas all sound great..

Heres another one..if no one is looking, on your way to the bathroom, walk on just your toes! It will work your calves and you will feel the burn :)

I have to admit Tina, Your idea of pushups when going to the bethroom is a good one!
I just worked out that while at work today I have done 72 wall pushups AND 24 squatts by doing 2 sets of something when I go out to the bathroom!
That's a lot more than I've done in a while

Goal 1 = 92 kg
Goal 2 = 85 kg

There's alway the classics, like butt clenches while at your desk and stretches etc.

I work at a bridal shop in the evenings and on weekends and boy....those dresses are heavy! If I can I lift 3 or 4 in each hand or take two up the stairs at a time. LOL, a good wedding workout if I ever heard of one!

Ohhh sometimes at work I go up and down the stairs for no apparent reason and get some extra exercise in!
This is a great idea!

I love this idea.
Maybe alternate wall push-ups with squatts etc as well.
I work in a building below Centrelink(Social Security)and have to go upstairs at least twice per day (often more).
I do a gentle jog up the stairs (and avoid the elevator at all costs - it's bit dodgy and I got stuck in it once!)
Also, if something needs to be fetched from the shops, lifted, moved etc I tend to be the first to offer help.

Ok girls... so here is a thought. One of my Spark friends gave me this idea. We both work in an environment where we SIT all day long. We were trading tips back and forth of how to get a little extra exercising in during the day! Lets see how many we can come up with!!!

One of the ones I just started doing was, every time that I go to the ladies room, I do 20-30 Wall push ups...(making sure I am alone first, if not I go to the bathroom that is a single person bathroom..hehe)

Also, take the long route to the restroom if you can, or go to one that is across your building if you work in a large place.

What else have you got ladies?!?
