emoticon For the wonderful Birthday wishes. Another year older and I know another year wiser.

This year is the first year since I started working in retail I will not have to work on BLACK FRIDAY!!
I now work from my home as a Logistics Manager still working with electronics my favorite
department when I worked, now I just stay home and forward shipments as they arrive at my front door. I even make more than I did in my last Retail Manager position which I just
left last month.
It was a hard decision to make but I am enjoying getting paid to stay home, I can do my
house work and still get paid.

This will be the best Holiday season ever.

Sandy, I hope you are feeling better. Hugs and prayers for a full recovery!!

I have been fighting a fibromyalgia flare up the past few weeks. I am not one to just sit around and let it beat me. I have been up doing what I can and fighting to the best of my ability. I have managed to get in at least 10 mins of exercise most days.
A week ago I did the Out of the Darkness walk for Suicide Prevention. I actually woke up that day pain free and full of energy.

I hope all is well with everyone.

Hello everyone I just realized I had not been here in a long time. I am just getting over a bad kidney infection and it has taken it toll on my health.

Hope everyone is doing well and keeping on track to reach your goals.

It has been REALLY hot and humid here. It only rains a tiny bit, over night. How does Mother Nature expect me to play in the rain if she only allows it when I'm sleeping? Lol

I tried to walk at the park last night after work. It was too hot and WAY too humid to go very far so I went home and did the stationary to finish. I will probably have to do that or the treadmill for a while, since the temps are close to 100. Today it is overcast and thick....

Sandy, I have been to Vegas a couple times. I have a panic attack every time. Lol It's too crazy there for me, I guess.

Have a great day!!

I just got home from work and the Fly in air show is in town and I only live a half mile from the small airport here so I get to see the whole show from my patio. I have a three day week end and I plan on shopping tomorrow, get my hair cut and highlighted on Saturday and Sunday is my rest day and catch up on reading.
Hope you enjoy the rain I do enjoy the sun as we don't get it year round.
I lived in Las Vegas for almost twenty years and enjoyed the sun and pool we had there, love that city and miss a lot of the things there.
Have a great weekend.,

Sandy, I think We, here in Utah, have found your rain. Lol No worries though, it's such a small amount right now. We have had our share of sunshine, for sure. I wish it would rain more. I LOVE the rain and think it would do me some good. You know, stand out in it, jump in the puddles and such. :) Congrats on the successful garden. I miss gardening. One of the drawbacks to renting is no garden.

I hope everyone is doing well.

Hey guys what a beautiful week we are having and no rain in sight very unusual indeed.
I picked my first full bowl of raspberries yesterday and my tomato plant gave me three nice tomatoes.
Hope everyone is getting sun for the vitamin D.

Glad you are safe. You're so right Sandy, vacations are never long enough. Lol

We went on a drive yesterday. Stopped at the highest point in Utah and tried to hike. I didn't get too far, as I just came down with a cold and my bronchials are NOT happy. There was still snow up there, so we had a snowball fight. We went lower and hiked a little too. But it was too muddy to go too far. We had a lot of fun though. Felt good to get out of the city and get some fresh air.

Hope all is well with everyone.

Oso, Washington a tiny but loved town has gone through so much death and sorrow this past week.
The little town in a valley just fifteen miles North of my home had a devastating mud slide
.
The death toll has risen to 24 and have 30 on the missing list.

I have friends with families who have lost loved ones and their homes there and it is very hard to know how they feel but I am sure it is a hollow place in their hearts.

Keep those who live in the Oso valley in your prayers and thoughts.

I love weight loss memoirs, ever since I read my first, The Adventures of Diet Girl by Shauna Reid, I have been hooked.

They can be hard to find, but to me, once they are found they are worth keeping and re-reading OVER and OVER again. They can be great motivation for me when I am feeling down.

I don't really look to them for advice (although I have walked away with some good tips). I know what worked for some people won't necessarily work for me. But, it is very nice to know that people have the same issues I do like backtracking and losing weight slowly over a large period of time, not insanely fast like in some reality T.V. shows.

The latest find is called Half-A$%ed by Jeanette Fulda. So far, I really love her sense of style in her writing. There was one part in particular that after I read it, I thought "wow, I need to share with others...."

This is from page Chapter Five, appropriately titled "Diet and Exercise." In it, Jeanette Fulda has become a bit frustrated that her MAJOR weight loss (30lbs in three months) has slowed down. She is pretty distraught until she has an epiphany.

She writes:

"About a month after I'd cracked open my cookbooks and wiped the cat hair off my treadmill, I was driving down the highway home from work, thinking about what I would make for dinner. The Parmesan chicken recipe had been tasty and pretty easy, but I'd set out ground turkey to thaw, so I should probably make something with that.

As I sailed past the entrance to the movie theatre filled with buttered popcorn, I had a sudden revelation. I would be doing this for the rest of my life. No more stopping at White Castle for handle little burgers I could hold in one hand and devour as I drove home. No more laps around the McDonald's drive-through. No more stopping at Dairy Queen even though I had a coupon for a free Blizzard. Things had changed. Forever.
I had started the long process of brainwashing myself into healthier habits.

As the movie theater moved into my rear view mirror, I was overwhelmed with the idea that I'd be managing these habits for the rest of my life. I was going to live another ten to twenty years because of all this healthy eating too, so I'd be stuck doing it even longer.

This wasn't a "diet," it was a "lifestyle change." I didn't even know what the word "diet" meant anymore. Being on a diet implies that you will eventually go off the diet. I had decided not to do anything that I was not prepared to do for the rest of my life."

That last sentence really spoke to me!
She even goes on to write something that I've come to learn about myself too....

"'Don't get crazy" became my number one rule. When I was hungry, I ate. If I really, really, really wanted a food, I ate it. I didn't want to fixate on something I couldn't have only to binge on it later. I didn't count calories because I knew it would drive me insane, obsessing over every detail, although I did measure out reasonable portions for my meals. ....I'd enjoyed the temporary pleasure of ice cream and candies at the expense of feeling good all the time. All this healthy living was starting to make me feel alive. I'd never even realized I felt half dead."

As I said I do learn things and find helpful hints along the way.
Hope this sheds a little light on your on new healthy lifestyle!

Sandy

SECRET WEAPON!

Friday, 07 February 2014

Hey, you've got it on you right now! But, you know what? It's not dangerous. In fact, you can actually take it right through one of those metal detectors at airport security with no problem, LOL. That secret weapon of yours can't hurt anybody. In fact, it can actually help YOU! Have I tweaked your curiosity yet? Well, let me continue and you'll see what I mean.

You see, so many people write asking what my "secret" is to successful weight-loss. It seems everybody is looking for that magic bullet, that special pill, (you've seen the commercials on TV), that perfect and "easiest" way to lose weight. But that's where your secret weapon comes in!

Now first, I'll remind you, (as if you need reminding), making changes in your eating habits is an important part of reaching your weight-loss goals. After all, it was those extra calories you've consumed over the years that lead to the extra pounds on your body. So, it stands to reason, in order to drop those pounds, you've got to drop the number of calories you consume everyday.

Second, to help give yourself a calorie-burning boost, you've got to get that body of yours moving with a good hour of sweatin' everyday! Hey, exercise is really your not so secret weapon for weight-loss. Only thing is, too many people ignore that fact by living very sedentary lifestyles and not getting those bodies of theirs moving at all. Come on now, give your body a hand at dropping those extra pounds by making exercise a must-do part of your lives everyday.

Eat less, exercise more, lose weight. Hey, that's really no big secret, is it? But here's the "secret weapon" you'll need and it's two words: POSITIVE ATTITUDE! Oh, if you could read some of the e-mail I receive! How often do I see people taking a defeatist attitude about their ability to lose weight? (Too many!) They tell me how many times they've tried to lose weight in the past and are so tired of trying, they're just about ready to give up! Hold it! Now think about it. If that's the way you feel, you're simply setting yourself up for defeat!

Ask yourself these questions: How is my life going to change by losing this weight? How will my health improve? How many years will I be adding to my life? What will I be able to do after losing the weight that I can't do now? HOW MUCH DO I WANT THIS? The answers to all of those questions should be nothing but POSITIVE. And that's the kind of ATTITUDE you've got to have to win this fight, a positive one!

Ready? Then AIM & FIRE that secret weapon of yours at the weight you want to lose. Because by using your secret weapon on them, your positive attitude, those extra pounds and those numbers on your scale will...GO DOWN!

What great motivation!! Perfect way to start off the new year. I hope to be one of the success stories 1 year from now. Although, I'll still have a ways to go at the end of the year, i'm sure, I can take those steps necessary to succeed and be the healthier, more fit and energetic person I want to be. And I know that with the help of my Spark Friends, I will make it to my goal.

Thanks for posting such motivating and inspirational stuff for us all.

HAPPY NEW YEAR, EVERYBODY! No matter how the weather is where you are today, I still say it's a beautiful day because...God has blessed us all to begin a BRAND NEW YEAR! Welcome to 2014! (Already? LOL.) The past couple of days here in my daily messages, I've talked about things you can do differently in 2014 to make sure you have a happier, healthier ending to this year than you did to 2013. Now, if I'd gazed into my crystal ball on New Year's Day, 2013, how would you look to me today, a year later?

All across America, people are making their New Year's resolutions. And some of those lists are, I'm sure, a mile long! LOL. Let's see, some people have made a resolution to quit smoking. And hey, I think that's a great one. Good luck to any of you who've vowed to kick that oh-so-bad for your body nicotine habit in 2014. Some of you may have made a resolution to go back to school this year, another good one. More schooling, besides making you smarter, can also lead to a higher paying job. Like I said, the list of resolutions is a long one and as varied as we are. But, I'm willing to bet, (without doing much research), that the number one resolution made by most people every year is probably to...LOSE WEIGHT!

Okay, raise your hands if you're in that group! (Hey, like I even have to ask.) In fact, one of the reasons you visit my web site and read my daily messages is to get that extra dose of motivation you need to work on reaching your weight-loss goals and...I'm glad you're here!

Monday, I talked about woulda, coulda, shoulda and the regrets you may have about your past weight-loss efforts. Yesterday, I talked about how the last day of 2013, New Year's Eve was The End of that year's weight-loss journey. And, of course, today New Year's Day is THE BEGINNING of the next chapter of that fight to reach your weight-loss goals. So tell me, how charged-up are you today to win this fight? How determined are you to put some real RESOLVE into your 2014 weight-loss RESOLUTION?

Every month, my home page features a new person who has reached their weight-loss goal. And I want you to remember, their successful journeys began a lot like yours. They may have made attempts to lose weight in the past but this time...they did it. And what did it take? Well, it took motivation, determination, self-control and of course, a daily dose of sweatin'! And, ya' know what? YOU'VE got all of those qualities inside you, right now! Visit me here everyday this year because I'll always be here to remind you that losing this weight is something only YOU can do FOR YOU!

Today, January 1st, 2014, get ready to make this the year you become that lighter, fat-fighter...that lean, mean sweatin' machine! Happy Autumn to you too Sandy!!

One good thing about all the health issues I've had going on lately is that I can't eat sweet stuff. I don't really crave it and I don't really want it. I'm hoping that helps get me back on track.
I want veggies and soups mostly.
It has REALLY cooled off here in Utah. We have had off and on freezing (or near freezing) temps for a couple weeks now. I am LOVING the fall colors and hope to get out this weekend to take them in. I love the smell of fall!!

I hope to get to the park today to enjoy the fresh air before the storm comes in tomorrow. I really haven't had much of a chance to get out with such cold temps. I want to take advantage of it while I can.

I hope everyone is doing well and staying or getting on track.
Have a great weekend!!

Well here we are mid October and the colors on the trees here in Western Washington are putting on a show. Time for sweaters and hot cocoa.
We are headed to the October Fest in Leavenworth to enjoy all the songs and dancing they have wonderful art studios there as well.
We will visit our favorite orchard to pick up a box of apples and pears while we are in the area.
Halloween is around the corner and so are the temptations of the candy that comes with the holidays.
So make good choices and you will reach you goal.
Happy Autumn everyone, Sandy

Been quite a while since I've posted here, I see.

I've been successfully maintaining my weight since reaching my goal in July, I weigh in once every 2-3 weeks now and I'm still slowly losing weight despite cutting my amount of exercises.

I've lost a total of 46 LBS since February of this year, and as we're heading into winter I realized that I never actually bought any winter clothes in my current size, so I need to go shopping pretty soon.. :)

46 POUNDS LOST IN 23 WEEKS!

A note from Richard Simmons today.

SUGAR, SUGAR, EVERYWHERE...

Friday, 06 September 2013

And look, it's showing up...on America's DERRIERE! Okay, I couldn't resist that one but I'll bet I've got your attention now, don't I? LOL. Yep, today's message is gonna be a "sweet one" because it's all about SUGAR! I read an article in a recent issue of National Geographic magazine and its subject was our sweet addiction, to sugar. Specifically, the article talked about how much sugar we Americans consume on a daily basis. And, I'm sure it'll come as no surprise to you that we consume a LOT! How much?

Well, according to the story, on average we consume 22.7 teaspoons of sugar...everyday. And keep in mind, I said on average. That means a lot of Americans, especially our kids, are consuming even more than that.

Now here's the bad news about all of those sweets. When I say we're consuming nearly 23 teaspoons of sugar a day, I'm not talking just about the sugar you add on your own to that cup of coffee or bowl of breakfast cereal in the mornings. The problem is, much of that sugar finds its way into our foods and into our bodies in ways we may not even be aware of.

For instance, with just three tablespoons of ketchup on those French fries, you've also sprinkled two teaspoons of sugar. Gave your kids three Oreo cookies? Well, you also just poured 2 1/2 teaspoons of sugar into their bodies. Oh, junior wants a can of regular soda with his Oreos? Well, you've just given your little boy another eight teaspoons of sugar. Whoa! Is there any wonder how we end up consuming too much sugar?

That increased sugar consumption is showing up someplace else, too. Take a look at these facts. In 1973, just 4.2 million people or 2% of the U.S. population was diagnosed with diabetes. Just three decades later, that number has jumped to over 21 million, that's 7% of Americans diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Now tell me that's not alarming! And diabetes is one of the leading causes of death in our country, too.

So, you see? Sugar may be sweet but there's nothing "sweet" about what it's doing to your good health. The good news is that sugar consumption has been slowing down in recent years but we're still eating wa-a-a-y too much! Read those nutrition labels to see how much sugar is added to the foods you eat. And cut back on those foods you know are loaded with sugar.

By the way, if you have diabetes right now, you can better control it by cutting back on that sugar and other foods you eat. And, if you don't have the disease, you can keep diabetes at bay by telling all of that sugar in your life to...GO AWAY!

Love,

RICHARD

emoticon You are such an inspiration!! Your car is looking totally awesome.

I am tired of setbacks. On friday, I had sewer gas poisoning. It is QUITE similar to carbon monoxide poisoning. So, I have been sleeping and resting and sleeping more ALL weekend. I feel a lot better today. I have been awake and able to do some small workouts. So far 1 min jump rope and 3 min stair stepper. For just about losing my life AGAIN, that's a lot!!
I hope to be all the way better tomorrow, but will have to wait and see.

Have a great day!!

Now if you'll excuse me, I gotta go buy some celery. Lol

THAT'S A NEGATIVE!

Wednesday, 07 August 2013

Okay, we're gonna burst one of those diet myths today! You may have heard that some foods, because they're so low in calories and more difficult to digest, they up becoming "negative calorie" foods. The idea being that some foods are so low in calories and the body's digestion process itself, cause that food to have a "negative-calorie" affect when you eat them. That is, it costs your body more energy to burn the calories than those foods even contain! Well, I think you'll have to agree with me, at least it's an interesting concept, huh?

Chewing and digesting a stalk of celery burns about as many calories as when you sit watching paint dry!

Foods like celery and some citrus fruits have long enjoyed that claim. When you consider the miniscule number of calories in an entire stalk of celery, you may be tempted to fall for the negative-calorie legend. But when you consider the number of calories it takes your body to actually fuel the digestion process, those numbers are pretty miniscule, too. Although chewing and digesting a stalk of celery may seem like a lot of work, it actually burns about as many calories as when you sit watching paint dry!

Yes, certain fruits and vegetables do have extremely low calorie counts, such as celery, grapefruit and mushrooms. And while it might be tempting to think of them as negative-calorie foods, it's just not true. Now don't get me wrong. Those extremely low-calorie fruits and veggies are good for your body and important additions to your weight-loss program. But they're not going to give you that so-called negative-calorie affect you may have heard about.

The only true proven way to achieve a negative-calorie-energy balance for weight-loss, is to burn more calories than your body takes in. How many times have I told you that, huh? And how do you achieve that goal? Hey, I've told you that lots of times, too! You've got to cut back on the number of calories you consume each day and make exercise a daily part of your life.

Low-calorie, fiber-full and nutrient-rich foods will satisfy you for a lot fewer calories than the processed stuff that caused you to gain weight in the first place.

Be sure to eat more nutrient-dense foods that fill you up while providing plenty of vitamins, minerals, proteins and fiber, the good stuff your body needs. Those low-calorie, fiber-full and nutrient-rich foods will satisfy you for a lot fewer calories than the processed stuff that caused you to gain weight in the first place.

So, is there such a thing as "negative calorie" foods? The short answer is NO! But, there are plenty of foods you can eat, like lots of fresh fruits and vegetables that, along with your daily workouts will help you see a NEGATIVE effect on the numbers of that scale of yours! So, when planning your meals and snacks, I guess you should at least...THINK negative!

Love,

RICHARD

Thanks Sandy. I'm trying my best at, not only staying positive, but getting healthy and fit once again. I know that people like I have been dealing with lately have underlying issues, which is why it is SO easy for them to put others down.
I appreciate your kind words. You're a great friend!! :)

It is a holiday here in Utah, so I have had the day off. I went for a drive up my most favorite canyon. I LOVE the mountains!! Now, I'm going to get on the stair stepper and step until I can't step anymore. Lol

I hope everyone is having a great day.

I am amazed at people when you have come so far to be treated that way. You should be proud and stand tall and ignore such negative people.
So stay positive and don't listen to such remarks, they could have green eyes you know, jealous people usually do. Your doing a great job.

My weight seems to be "the talk of the town" lately. I had a friends son tell me I'm chubby. The parents told me their kids would NEVER say that about anyone, especially me. (Lies)
My aunt told me I'm fat. I cried because I have been working and working for MONTHS with absolutely NO results. No change on the scale, no change in the way my clothes fit and no change in energy level.
I was told I have one of those metabolisms that needs a jump start. Well, the stuff that I KNOW work, they don't make anymore. I can't find it ANYWHERE, even the internet. I'm trying some new stuff now. I hope it works. I NEED it to work!!

Have a great day!!

Lost a bit of weight last weekend, about half a pound this time.

My bike ended up getting a flat tire during one of my rides, and it's currently in the shop to get the tire repaired.
My car is at the painter for a full respray.
My shoes are, fortunately, in good condition, because I am walking everywhere now hahaha.

Everyone's gotta start somewhere. ;) Do the small distance often enough, and it'll turn into a bigger distance eventually. Don't give up on that!

As I always tell you about my saturday weigh-ins here, I'll do it again today, even though I've been so busy that I'm actually a day late..
I lost 2.5 pounds this week! :)

So, I took some new pictures of myself this weekend, the 35 pound difference between now and when I started losing weight is definitely showing.

I used these pictures, and a few other pictures, in my latest blog:

Modded, you are on fire!! So awesome to see that someone's hard work is paying off. You're such an inspiration!!

Thanks for the motivation!! It has been WAY too windy to take my bike out, so I have done the stationary. This morning though I went to the mall. It was a nice 2 mile walk around the place. (until it got too busy) I'm hoping that the winds are calm Monday after work. A good bike ride will be awesome after a long hard day at work.
Cross your fingers for me ;)

Have a great rest of the weekend!! And Happy Father's Day to ALL of our Spark Dads!!

Another saturday, another weigh-in!

Now, weighing in at 173 pounds, I've lost two pounds this week!
This is a BMI difference of 5.3 compared to when I started.

I'm closing in on my healthy weight (BMI 26.2 right now) and I bought some running shoes today so I can start jogging/running on the days where it's too windy to ride my bike.

I've been so motivated ever since joining SparkPeople in February, that I started a sparkteam to hopefully help motivate others as well. :)

I'm going to have a tailor made suit made today, as my brothers wedding is coming up in a few months, I'm happy to know that there's no big beer gut under my suit at that time!

That's great!

The more you ride, the better you'll become at it. :) I used to feel all 'burned up' after just a few miles when I started, I do 10 miles three times a week now and I usually return home still feeling fresh. That took a few months to do though. :)

Wow!! That is quite the difference!! Great job!!

We went and bought bikes last weekend. I road a little throughout the week, as much as my lungs and knee would allow. I shoulda gone out yesterday and this morning, but.... No excuses. We are headed out now to go to the parkway for a walk. I guess that's better than nothing.

Have a great day!!

I updated my blog again.

In my most recent entry I've added some pictures of my "before" and "current" progress. And even though I'm not at my goal yet, the pictures show a big change already. :)
Head over to my profile or my blog to have a look.

Thank you. :)

Those five changes that I mentioned are so important, during my last attempts at losing weight I would only change two or three of them, and the lack of good results meant that I'd give up on them after a few weeks.

This time, after educating myself a little more about what I was doing wrong to begin with, I found it easier to make all the changes that I had to make, and by making the right changes I started seeing results, which made it even easier to stay dedicated.

I weighed in today at my original goal of 80kg (80.6), which means that I've lost almost 30 pounds so far. it's time to reach my final goal of 75kg, only 11 more pounds to go! :)

My total weight loss is just under 13kg now (27 lbs).
I lost 3 pounds this week alone, which has been awesome.

I've reset my goal from 80kg to 75kg, which is what I need to weigh to get a healthy BMI of 25.
Currently weighing in at just over 81kg, I'm almost there. :)

As I said earlier, I'll write a blog entry on how I managed to do it.
I'll write the blog entry in one or two days from now.
I'm taking the Modded Corolla to a huge car event at a racing circuit where it will stand as a show car all day, so I won't have much time to write my blog entry tomorrow. ;)

As soon as I lose a total of 10 kilos I'll write a big blog entry on how I managed to do that. ;)
I'm sure that will be next weekend, I didn't lose much weight during these last seven days.

I went to several birthday celebrations last week, so my caloric intake went up.
I did manage to burn off all of those extra calories so I did not gain any weight, In fact I still managed to lose 100 grams, which is around a quarter pound.

I am going to work extra hard this week, to make sure I get back to losing weight. :)

So far I've lost 9.6 kilos which is just over 21 pounds. :)

My shirt size is down from XL to L so I'm very happy about that.
Pants size is down several sizes, I really need my belt now.
I guess I have to buy myself some new clothes soon. :)

Congrats ModdedCorolla!! That's awesome!!

We have had really bad weather here too, so I haven't been able to get out and do much. I tried to work out at home, but the rooms here are just WAY too small. I do what I can though on the days that it's too stormy or cold to go out.

I hope all is well with everyone!

Congrats on torching those pounds, way to go.

Today was sunny and was at 26 degrees this morning but now we are up to 50 so the day turned out better than I thought.

I did a digital camera class this morning in downtown Arlington and we had Paint the Town Purple for the Relay for Life fund raiser so I stayed busy all day. Had lots of fun and met a lot of new people, my kind of day.

Hope everyone has a great weekend. Sandy

My motivation seems unstoppable now. :)

I destroyed another four pounds this week, I'm starting to close in on my first goal of 80KG.
I'm still trying to do at least 45 minutes of bike riding a week, which is around 15 kilometers / 9.5 miles. During the other days I do strength training and my biceps seem to be coming back. :)

Unfortunately the bad weather has returned, I was going to take the Modded Corolla to a large car event this weekend, but due to the low temperatures and even some snow, it seems impossible to do that now. :(

MODDEDCOROLLA, you are very lucky to be able to get out and ride your bike. We have had a LOT of snow storms here. It's raining today, but is supposed to turn to snow later. You're doing GREAT!! I wish I had your motivation. Keep it up!!

SANDY, I can't wait to see your pics. We still have a couple weeks before things will sprout here. I'm REALLY looking forward to spring.

I am just getting over a cold. I have had a number of bugs the past couple months. It has made it hard to exercise. I still have some trouble breathing due to the nose/head congestion. I'm doing what I can though. I hope to get back to being a happier, healthier me SOON!! I would LOVE to be able to get my bike up and running so I can ride it. I just gotta find someone that knows what they are doing, to help me out.

Have a great day!!

Glad to hear the weather is better for your bike rides.
We are having gray skies and rain here the wind has been blowing for the past several days so it is just plain yucky outside.
Hope to get a few photos of the plants that have come up and are blooming today, before the rain gets to heavy.
Enjoy your rides. Sandy

A week has passed and the weather is a lot better now. :)

30 minute bike ride yesterday, 15 minute bike ride today.
I'm destroying calories now, and it sure is easy to get to those 8 cups of water a day. :)

It started to snow again.. Looks like I won't be riding my bike at least until the snow disappears. Hopefully this is the last snow for this year.

Guess I'll be working out at home for a while. :)
