I just got an email from Cheri letting me know that Mondays and Wednesdays are available after Thanksgiving now!

Some people are like slinkies. Not really good for much, but bring a smile to your face when pushed down the stairs.

1st Goal: 160 lbs.
2nd Goal: 150 lbs.
3rd Goal: 140 lbs. & a healthy BMI
4th Goal: ???

If anyone is interested in trying out a yoga class, I would like to recommend Yoga 4 You. wwyoga4you.biz
If you feel intimidated by yoga, these are totally nonthreatening classes. Cheri is a great teacher, and she works with each person within his/her current fitness level. The classes I attend, Monday and Wednesday nights, include free childcare, so your kids get to jump out all their energy at Jump 'N Jungle, while you stretch and strengthen your way to better health.
There are no classes next week (Thanksgiving week), and a reduced schedule through the end of the year for the holidays, so I think there will only be Monday classes until January.
I have coupons from Cheri for a free introductory class, so if you want to attend, let me know when you are coming, and I'll meet you before class with the coupon.
Our classes are lots of fun, and we laugh and joke a lot. Right now attendance is down a bit, so you'll definitely get individualized attention! I'd love to meet some of you there!
