I've been training indoors since the weather has turned worse. In anticipation of snow and ice, I have set up my 1982 Vetta wind trainer and my classic Fuji S12S touring bike in my living room. When I watch sports on tv I will do 30 minutes with some short speed intervals to burn more calories. My main problem is motivation and laziness! Riding a stationary training bike inside is BORING compared to flying down the bike trail or buzzing up or down a hill and feelingthe sun and wind in your face! But I do feel better after working out and then cooling down with some calisthenics and stretches. Please let me know how you're all doing. Spring will be here before you know it and the more you do this winter....the easier it will be to transition into the next outdoor season. I CANT WAIT TO RIDE OUTSIDE! Good luck !
