I haven't worked out yet, but getting ready to do some energizing yoga right now.

4I have put in 65 cardio minutes today. I did a combination of low and high intensity workout DVDs. I feel great! Now I am starting on the housework, then going to take my little boy out to play! Happy Saturday to all!
I will do this! Goal will be mine in 2012!
