Haven't worked out just yet, but I think putting it in writing will remind me to get out there.

So today after work I am heading to the gym. I am going to run a few miles, do some squats, pushups and ab work! I hope to be in the gym for at least an hr and a half

After coming back from a weekend not so filled w/ cardio, I put in 40 minutes of cardio today! It felt great :))

Walked to work- my usual.. But today I get to play softball so that will be fun and my workout for the day!

My heart doctor don't want me to exercise at the moment. I am having a lot of medical problems , but I think on Monday , I will try something light like stretching so my muscles don't cramp up on me.

4I have put in 65 cardio minutes today. I did a combination of low and high intensity workout DVDs. I feel great! Now I am starting on the housework, then going to take my little boy out to play! Happy Saturday to all!

I will do this! Goal will be mine in 2012!
