It looks like it's over a year since anyone posted to this topic, but I like this idea -- let's bring it back!!
I just jumped rope for 3 minutes straight. I don't know how I filled summers and recesses jumping rope as a kid, because it is hard!! I also used an improvised ab roller (my roommate made it -- I like to call it the Soviet ab roller because it is a metal wheel on a wooden stick and, well, I live in Ukraine!) and rolled out/back 10 times with it.
This evening I am planning to get in more activity. Maybe a DVD or just dancing to some music in my apartment.
As for food, I ate some chocolates (with a sweetened boiled milk and caramel filling) and I am hoping I can incorporate them into my plan while sticking to the calorie limits. I did this yesterday so hopefully I can make it 2 days in a row. I really really really love sweets though, so it is easy for me to overindulge.
