Today I logged into Spark People! Does that count?!
No but really, I walked to Church this morning a 25 minute walk! It was great and something I want to continue to do even as the snow begins to fall. I just need to make sure to bundle up.
And I also logged into Spark People, I have had issues staying on top of my training in the past because I can't get into Sparkpeople as often as I would like. So I am proud of myself that I have been logging in consistently over the last few days and tracking both my fitness and my nutrition. Thanks to all my fellow Sparkers for helping me be accountable.
