I plan on walking at lunch every day that it is possible. For now my work is only four days a week and I have walking biddies that walk around Stone Mountain (6 mi) on Monday (my day off) with me. I stopped at SAMs yesterday and got a big bottle of Centrum Silver for women over fifty and a bottle of glucosamine condrotun to add to my diet every morning. i've been bad about taking vitamins in the past but since I have to dose my son on his meds every morning I'm planning to make mine a habit too.
planning a good day ahead is the key to success for me!

For my health today I made water my choice of drink. Since I knew I was eating a big lunch - I kept breakfast and Supper on the light side. Did what I needed to do for my health, took my blood pressure, sugar reading and all my medications. Went for a slow walk , but it was very hard to walk. I can walk better on less blood pressure medications , but risk a stroke. The combination of the meds I am on cause me bones and muscles to hurt and walking was very painful.

I am going threw a lot of stress right now and I don't seem to be doing anything right except praying. I hope by time next week rolls around I will be doing better with my goals.

I have stayed within my ranges, had fruit and oatmeal for a snack, and plan to get in some exercise this evening! Yay!!

I will do this! Goal will be mine in 2012!

Today I logged into Spark People! Does that count?!
No but really, I walked to Church this morning a 25 minute walk! It was great and something I want to continue to do even as the snow begins to fall. I just need to make sure to bundle up.

And I also logged into Spark People, I have had issues staying on top of my training in the past because I can't get into Sparkpeople as often as I would like. So I am proud of myself that I have been logging in consistently over the last few days and tracking both my fitness and my nutrition. Thanks to all my fellow Sparkers for helping me be accountable.

I went to the zoo for our Summer School Field trip. We had to see a lot in a short amount of time so I did a lot of walking with my backpack filled with waterbottles, sunscreen, wallet ect.
