Well my goal was to be 130 pounds by May 15th and that clearly isn't going to happen; so I'm setting a goal for myself for May 2011. i'd like to be 130 by May 30th. I'm hoping writing this down will motivate me to stay and track and pick my gym habit up again.

My goal is to lose 10 pounds and train for the Susan G. Komen RFTC in 4 weeks.

I would like to weigh 130 pounds by August 1st. I'd also like to be more toned and have energy. I guess my goal for 2011 is to all around be a better person physically, mentally and emotionally.

My goals for 2011:
Lose another 25-30lbs to be closer to my goal weight.
Run a 5k by April 30, 2011
Have a 4pack by May 31, 2011
Workout consistently
Finish Insanity
Be able to do 25 pushups in a row without getting tired

Goal: 25/25/25 (pushups/crunches/squats) every day

be consistent in my exercise
run a 5k in March
wear my high heels again without my body hating me
fit into all my pencil skirts
get my eating under control
take better care of myself
get the right amount of sleep
commit to using SparkPeople consistently!

to lose 30 lbs if not more
to remain consistant with exercise
to still make healthier descions
to get a job
to get out of my mother's house
to attempt more hair styles besides up and on occassion down.

*Lose 80lbs by May 25th (I've lost 21 so far, I want to meet my 100lbs goal for my trip to Miami!)
*Create a budget for myself and to stop buying things that I don't need.
*Take my website/career to higher levels
*Stop worrying so much..put myself first and stop trying to save the world..lol
