I have my CJ (Control Journal) adjusted and ready to FLY...I pulled up my file and tweak it here and there and printed it all out.... CJ is back on the Counter top where he belongs. I admit, I have not done anything in a zone or the Kelly's Mission....my goal was to get that back out and get ready. I read my Daily Digest and I did, I will admit! email FlyLady back on my restarting. I got the Babysteps in my Calendar again and will pick up where you guys are tomorrow.
As for my exercise, I took these Bi-fold doors outside and scrub them up. I did not realize I was out there for over two hours and I am truly hurting now! My back is an issue and I over did it so I'm on muscle relaxer right now - sigh. but i got them clean and screwed all together to make a screen for my quilting room, a wall to keep kitties and doggie OUT! lol It there standing but I have to figure how to attach it to the wall and stablize it but that is for another day this week. I did three exercises from Spark and I will say I thought I was going to die after 10 reps.
As far as the food part, I had one class of Cola this morning (now that is my coffee since I do not drink that and my doctor says I need caffeine in the morning so I have to have it) I had toast and a small handful of chips that are stale. I'm going to make myself two real meat hot dogs with no buns and I need my ketchup to choke it down. I wish I had protein in here besides eggs. O yeah one piece of pizza left, mine! ok going to go eat =] Shorts
