I like it, too. I've sometimes used it when I have 2 meals planned and am kinda hemming and hawing about what to eat for the third. Then I run it and see I need carbs, protein, Vitamin A (or whatever), so I think: baked potato, grilled chicken and a size of vegs.
I really like the daily nutrition analysis. Seeing the protein-fat-carbs breakdown, plus the proportions of calories consumed broken down by meal, is helpful. I also like the information about the various areas of nutrition, how they help you, and what's wrong with eating too much or too little of each. I've been able to balance my diet more effectively since they launched those tools.
Just a place to plunk new stuff you've seen on Spark. It's a large site so things can be missed, e. g. the new nutritional goals tracker. It's a pie chart icon at the bottom of the nutrition page, and gives you info on whether you got enough fiber, etc. in one day. Plus it's 2 spark pernts.
