I like to reread all 7 books each summer. I also now have all the movies on DVD to have a HP marathon some weekend soon :) I love HP! Bee

I have read the first book about 30 times I love it so much. The rest I have read at least 10 times maybe 20. I have watched each film once and hated them I'm sorry to say, they just miss out so much.

I have read them all at least 10 times. They are books I go to for something easy and comforting to read.

I'm on my 12th re-read of the 1st book. Each time another book was issued, I started over and since Deathly Hallows was published, I've read the entire series and watched all the movies each summer. The only other books I've ever reread like this were the KJV Bible and John Grisham's Skipping Christmas.

I only started after Half Blood Prince was released, so I've read the first six books somewhere between 25 and 30 times each, and I've read Deathly Hallows probably between 10 and 15 times. I have sections memorized and have even compared the hardback and paperback versions (they are different for books 3-6).

I've read them more times than I can count. I also listen to them on my ipod every night before bed. It clear's my mind from the stress of the day and it helps me sleep.

I've lost count, I've read them in order, backwards, and just randomly, I'm currently re-reading them in order again.

I started reading the books 11 years ago and have re-read them each year since they've come out. So I've re-read PS 11 times...but DH 3 times so far, with the others sucessivly less. Does anyone else fall asleep watching PS? I can recite it in my sleep.

I think I've read the series 5 times. Reading this series is a great break. I find the books relaxing.

The new movie is coming out in November so, I'll probably start again soon. This time I might read from Deathly Hallows and go back in time to Sorcerer's stone. I've probably read them 7 or eight times.

Thanks Ms. Celestialhorse. I'll have a blast and it is so true, I'm never more productive when it comes to cleaning, sewing, painting, reading, etc. etc. as I am when I have to write a paper or something. Funny that.

Good luck! :) It seems like you can get a lot of reading done when you procrastinating. Also have fun at camping!

I've only read through the series once, but I'm taking them camping with me. I'll leave Wed and pretty much the only thing to do all week when the sun is up is hide in the shade and read, so i'm hoping to reread the first 5 at least. Ah four days to do nothing but read and relax. Man I wish I could start right now.

I'd say a few times with books 1-4, probably 2 times with the 5th and 6th. Once with the last book. I have considered reading ALL the books before November but i doubt I will make it through all books. I like to take my time reading :P Took me a few weeks to finish the last one lol.

I really don't know... a lot of times! They're my go-to books for long car trips and whatnot, or if I'm just bored, so that's a lot of HP going on.

The earliest ones - probably 6 or 7 times each. DH - probably 4 times (just finished another round through the entire series last week).

Several of those times were listening to the audio books. The US ones with Jim Dale. I want to get my hands on the UK ones with Stephen Frye.

My guess is probably about the same number as Molekeeper. I re-read all the previously published books and re-watched all the previously produced movies before each new book or new movie came out.

Wow, I've only read all the books once, except the first one which I read twice. I'm sure that I will make my way through the series at least another couple times in my life. I'm just not one to reread books, so it's a good sign if I actually consider rereading something :D

Starting my second read through the series. I'll get there -- I DID read LOTR two dozen times.
