Unsure, really.

My current weight is ~147. I might shoot for 145 just for "more usual number's" sake.

I have a fitness goal of a certain number of pushups in 1-minute, a certain number of situps in a minute, and a mile-and-a-half run of less than 10'30".

2.9 of the 4.9 is already gone... something about vacation weight doesn't stick...

Maybe it's mostly stress/water/changes-based weight?

Just took a trip to Hawaii! the trip was about a week long, thought my scale said it's been 10 days since i last weighed in.

Gained 4.9 pounds. Not unexpected, I guess, but I didn't like seeing it. No worries, though.. just get back on the program...

The whole wheat flour makes for a dense muffin, which I like. You only need to eat one! If you want a lighter muffin try using whole wheat pastry flour, which is more finely ground and available in the bulk bins at larger grocery stores.
