Not sure if you've heard of this project in london's trafalgar square, where members of the public can apply and are randomly selected to stand on the '4th plinth' for 1 hour (called one&other, by artist Antony Gormley). My hour of fame was last month, and has been imortalised in a clip which can be viewed at http://www.skyarts.co.uk/site/plinth/?id=1
3 I'm the one in the yellow t shirt almost at the end of the film. Enjoy, and have a laugh!

Chef Meg's Zucchini Muffins

These muffins are very filling!

The whole wheat flour makes for a dense muffin, which I like. You only need to eat one! If you want a lighter muffin try using whole wheat pastry flour, which is more finely ground and available in the bulk bins at larger grocery stores.
