i would say night , i know a lot of people will think that i have gone mad but night walk is much easier and comfortable for me atleast, i am walking 4.5 km every night and i am getting good result , thrs less oxygen in air so my heart works harder to get the air and it does help me in losing my weight , after coming back home from my daily walk , i do get proper sleep and i woke up fresh every morning , so it is working for me and i had lost 3.5 kg in 16 days already just by walking

What is your favorite time to exercise. Do you exercise in the morning or your prefer it in the evening and why. I prefer to exercise in the morning as this way I finish my exercise before I get to make any excuse for not doing it.
