I like Oatmeal with a banana, a few walnuts and cardamom -- It tastes like Halva. I seem to do well with sourdough bread toast, banana and a simple fried egg.

Oatmeal!!! I seem to do very well when I eat oatmeal in the morning.
Eggs - I like imlet which gets in extra veggies, or simple hard boiled egg with milk.
And Greek yogurt with fruit :) I can have it practically any time of the day and go a couple hours.
