Hi, these days even in India also you can have healthy food as others have suggested making healthy choices is not so difficult at all and all the caterares these days include lots of healthy food choices on the menu ... so dont worry . all the preparations is going to keep you busy and moving ... just take care to drink lots of water and veggies . Have fun and enjoy your vacation.
yup keeping away from food can be challenge but keep your big picture in mind. try to log your food . Dont know how good internet connection you can find. also take time to exercise. even its a long walk or going up anddown stairs. keep moving. which is usually not hard in India. have fun..
good luck!!! just stick to home cooked food, avoid fried and sweets(i know its difficult)but chappatis without oil, dal with decent tempering, rice in control are always good. and don't forget to eat 5 servings of fruits and drink lots of water to keep you full. have fun!!!
