Definately snack. On my long days, I work 13 hrs. I have breakfast, a mid morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack and supper. I find if I don't, I am stopping at one of the fast food restaurants on the way home. Not good at that time of night.
I have a question for everyone. I work 12 hr shifts and I get up at 5am and work till 6pm. I eat breakfast around 6 but by 8,9 I am hungrey again. I dont know if I should have another light breakfast or a snack. The same kinda goes for lunch also. I eat dinner around 7 pm by the time I get home and have dinner ready. Then in bed by 10 or 11pm, so how much am I really allowed to eat? What would make good snacks? I am at a loss right now, I really want to lose this weight but I feel like I just dont know what to do.
