I am into hot yoga once or twice a week and cross training 3 days and cycling 1-2 days right now. There is a hill by my house and I run up and down it and then alternate various strength building exercises such as push-ups, crunches, burpees etc between runs. I hate the running so the strength training actually feel like a treat...well not the burpees! lol
I love taking dance classes but I can't afford it at the moment, so I'm all about workout DVDs right now too. I found that my library has a bunch of them, so that's a great place to check. Plus, walking to the library to pick up said videos adds some extra exercise :)
I have just started workout videos to compliment running. As it has been said, they can get expensive, but I have found that my local library has a good selection. It's an easy way to preview a video before purchasing.

Right now I am on Couch to 5 K program, loving it! I try to get some basic endurance and after I am done with the program, I am planning to add strenght training. I have also found that I would actually like to do some kind of team sport (I have never been a part of a sports team before), so I will look into that as well after summer.
If you walk, just walk. If you sit, just sit; but whatever you do, dont wobble. Zen Master Ummon
I'm into running right now...it seems to be the quickest way to get myself into shape (and lose weight). I also do four sets of core and upper body strengthening (is that the right word?!) after I run...I alternate between each set. Like 15 crunches, 15 chest flies, 15 bicycles, 15 over the head weight lift thing...and so on and so forth. I'm only in my first week of being back into a routine, so hopefully it will work out and it will become part of my lifestyle!
I am the same way, i absolutely love workout videos!!! Im into Turbo fire right now, love love love it. I do that and zumba and go to the gym and train for a 5k, i do the circuit training and the stepper at the gym. And having so much fun... but yes i love home workouts, i had The firm and that was an awesome workout too.
How do you workout? Lately, I've become OBSESSED with workout videos!!! They have been so much fun, expensive, but fun! Just wondering what everyone else does for a workout. I am always up for some new ideas!
