I was at a festival today and took the lemon out if my ur aught fresh squeezed lemonade and squeezed in my eat bottle while the kids shared kettle corn, cotton candy, fries, lemons and smoothies. I didn't try any of them!

I am remaining calm with the little girl that I am watching today. She is bossy and impatient. She also sat on my couch with food, a picked scab and paint on her pants. We teach our kids to not be wasteful with food and thus to not pour too much. Taste it first. I warned her about something and she still wasted it. I am breathing a lot. I have her again on Monday all day.

I went roller skating with the kids again. I love it, but even though it was crowded and a boy knocked me down and hurt my OTHER wrist, I kept skating.


P.S. breakfast with light Silk soymilk Original wasn't bad.

No dairy is hard! I did buy almond breeze unsweetened almond milk, not because of allergies, but because one cup is only 30 calories. It is not as good in my opinion as the real thing, but it is okay.

I chose to accept a challenge of eating no dairy for a week to see if it is bothering my allergies.

This will be very difficult. I love milk, cheese and yogurt.

I chose no sugar added frozen yogurt and fresh fruit on top at seet frog today...instead of full sugar yogurt covered in candy and chocolate sauce and cherries...it was almost, almost, just as yummy.
