Me too! I enjoy all the Just Dance games for the Wii. Play them with and without my daughter! It is quite surprising how much of a sweat you work up, and it doesn't feel like exercise because it's fun!
I love those dancing games. We have Just Dance 4 for Wii, I tried it and it does give me a workout! Of course my son has better moves but hes been playing it since it came out so he knows it down packed!
Im not on a diet, im just eating healthier.

My 8 year old daughters and I play Dance Central and Just Dance 4 on the Xbox about once a week. The girls love mommy time and i love the exercise that it provides. Some of the dance moves are geared more for adults though and can be harder for younger kids to do.

I love these games. We no longer have a Wii, but my Sis-n-law played the Wii version quite a bit and raved about it. We have XBOX 360 with Kinect and have several Kinect games. I kicked my teenager off of his racing game last night and made him play a game with me. I hoped for the dancing game but he picked Wipe Out. I'm not a big fan of that one and don't see much benefit in it, but it was still fun to play a game with my teenager.
The kids don't like to do the dance games with me because I dance better than they do and I always kick their butts. hahaha It comes from years of doing step aerobics, jazzercise, Zumba, etc.
With the dance games, you can still dance when it's the other person's turn and then you get twice the movement. We like the Kinect Sports as well and it's something all of the kids can play.
We have Dance Central on the Xbox and Just Dance and Just Dance Kids on the Wii. Dance Central gets a lot more play than the Just Dance games. They would probably be more fun if we had the Xbox versions.
I haven't played it, but I was thinking about trying them. Let me know how it is when you try it! I have a 6 year old son and he loves to dance so I thought it would be something fun we could do together.

Anyone play these video games with their kids (or without, lol!)? My daughter really wanted the Disney one--they play it in PE sometimes--so she saved her money and got it over the weekend. She's anxious for us to play, and while I don't expect it to replace my elliptical time, I hope it will burn a few extra calories!
