I use an exercise ball for a chair. It's so much better for my back, and it makes it easy to sneak in a few exercises sometimes. Sometimes I do a few quick ball crunches or roll out and do a quick back stretch over the ball. Exercise bands make for a few quick discrete reps sometimes, like bicep curls, overhead triceps extensions, shoulder presses. Sometimes I do a few jumping jacks every time I go to the restroom, or a few squats, or counter pushups.
i work in a call center so i can not leave my desk besides for breaks and lunches. i have started eating my lunch during work so i can use my breaks and lunch to walk. now are there other exercises that you can do sitting at your desk and still be discreet about it?
