When I was working, I would do Butt clenches in the seat.

When you go to file something in the tall cabinets, raise up on your tip toes and then go back down. Do this ten times. You will be strengthening your leg musles.

I raise my arms above head and hold, roll neck, that helped reduce my stress.

I also like to sneak my shoes off (when wearing heels) and flex my toes to reduce stress.

Ok I work in an office ALL DAY. I even skip my lunch hour to eat at my desk, Im the only one in the office, so I dont like to leave and have someone in the shop to screw up my

What are sum good work outs that I can do in the office, without looking like a weirdo and still accomplish my goals?
