Depends, I mix it up a lot. Muscle confusion helps results. Today I did chest and back, yesterday I did shoulders and arms plus a 4.2 mile run. Some days I do just cardio and then a full body Firm type workout the next day.

If you are doing a full body workout it's every other. You can also do legs one day, arms next, etc.... Just don't work the same body part two days in a row. Good luck!
