I have no idea, but WOW! An hour on the elliptical? I can't do 5 minutes - it's just NOT my thing. Whatever it is, though, you got a good workout.

One thing I will say is that your elliptical, if it asks for your weight and then knows how hard you worked, is probably a closer estimate to what you did than SP, which is using "generic" numbers.

Hello all, I just got my elliptical trainer in yest. and i did an hour on it last night , but the fitness screen on my machine says that I burned 440 calories and 19.5 miles but when i go into spark and use their eliptical fitness tracker it says that an hour is 800cal.
1) Any advice on which one I should go with?
2) IF I use mine how would I enter into fitness tracker?
