And I'd take ST over cardio ANY day!!
I do cardio becuz I know I have to/should. But I don't really like it.
And I like ST becuz I think muscles are sexy. But I also know I won't see muscles if I don't get rid of the fat. It's a vicious circle!

I prefer cardio because I enjoy aerobics classes to music so much but I enjoy weights also.

I don't enjoy either...sorry, I know that's not what I should say. I like to walk places, so if I'm going somewhere that's great. But I find both boring. I am trying to adjust my attitude, though.

Oh gosh I love them both I love the burn fron areally great ST session I've been doing BODY SCULPT by the FIRM and my legs really feel. I like doing Turbo jam cardio party or taebo great cardio.

I love the rush I get from cardio! I make myself do circuit strength training and find I love how my muscles feel afterward.

I find it easier to do cardio. I really seem to struggle getting my strength training in.

I like both.....it depends on the day for me. I like to sweat with cardio and I like the strong feeling I get when I do strength training...don't think I can chose which one I like better.

Can't choose one...though I'm more likely to get my ST in over cardio just because I can fit ST in easily during the day. But I love that feeling after cardio.
Taking it one day at a time.
If you are going to have a treat make sure you enjoy each bite.
My lowest was around 139...making my way back down and hopefully farther.

Both! I love doing intensive cardio and working up a sweat and then hitting the weights for the burn!!

Strength training is my favorite. I feel so strong when I'm doing it, I like when I can see the muscles getting bigger, and I like that my body burns more calories throughout the day the more muscle I have.
