Thanks I appreciate the feed back very much. I feel less like i'm making excuses and more like it's just the timing. Some weeks are better then others so I guess I need to take full advantage of energy when its there. Sometimes hearing that we are not just making excuses can be reassuring. I really want to do this! You look like your doing pretty good with your goal, keep up the good work it's inspiring!

I can totally relate - when my boys were newborns and I wasn't sleeping, exercise was at the bottom of my list. I felt like it was totally impossible. But it does get easier. When you start sleeping a little more, everything seems more manageable. Until then, don't be too hard on yourself and enjoy what little activity you can get and pat yourself on the back for fitting in a "workout" on top of being supermom! I found a yoga with your baby DVD that was pretty mellow and felt good. It wasn't a sweaty workout but mellow was good for me at that time. Walking is nice, weather depending. Maybe you can fit in a couple videos at home while the kids are napping or make plans to fit in one real workout per week while someone else watches the kids. It will get easier, I promise you. Hang in there!
Try to get your kids involved in your workouts. I know with my son, I will put on some music and we will just dance around the room. He loves it and it's a workout. If the weather is good, take them for walks or to the park.
I am so tired, I have a 3 month old and a two year old. Not to be too graphic but wiping butts and feeding kids all day is not going to help me loose weight. I have no energy to work out. I feel like even if i get started now, i'm so fat that an in home work out won't make a difference. I also know 95% of the misery i am feeling right now is because I don't like how I look due to my weight. Does any one have any advice on how to get started and stick to it. I also get very little sleep. HELP!
