I did the same thing with my weight loss goal. I started my ticker with 30 pounds to lose, then as I lose more, I up the ticker more. Great job!

I started making small changes in my diet first. :) such as no soda (at all) no sweet tea (unsweet with honey or unsweet with splenda) and cut back portion sizes. :) and this week started cardio

25 lb goals at a time! Final goal weight of 190.

My BMI is lower than its been in 2 years. I do not see changes yet but the scale is moving down slowly. I have decided to stay motivated i am going to go by 25 lb goals at a time so i look at how far i have come vs how far i still have to go. 25 lbs sounds much less intimidating than saying i have 80 lbs to lose.
