Hi! emoticon Im vegan so dont eat meat (or any animal bi-products) I love it! Besides my pregnancy I was vegan for a couple years and am now back at it after losing half my baby weight. How is going for you?

Hey, wow, good for you! I've been a vegetarian for 16 years and I can't even remember meat! I do things like put lentils in my marinara sauce for a yummy, hearty spaghetti sauce, and pretty much have found that I can add beans to just about anything!

I found my sweet tooth exploded after I had my daughter, so I keep dates in the house at all times now to curb my sweet cravings. They are SUPER sugary, but in a healthy way, and pack some nice fiber too!

I think its super easy because i am tired of meat. :) i am at the point meat is starting to make me sick to look at it and smell it.

Good luck with that. I never really did like red meat and have not really eaten any most of my life. Every once in awhile I will try it just to see, and I still don't like it.
I do protein shakes to get my protein in and I love them.

Good for you! To help you get off the refined sugar try eating berries, apples, pineapple, melon when you have the urge for something sweet to eat. Also try Celestial Seasons mixed berry and blue berry teas. They have lots of flavor and don't need to be sweetened with anything. Oh and since they are herbal teas they are caffeine free. Good luck at meeting your goals :)

This is day 2 no meat in my diet, and surprisingly i dont miss it at all! :) i am going to stick it out as long as possible, while substituting eggs, black beans, and lentils for my protein. So far i am feeling pretty good without meat. Always thought i would feel ill after stopping the meat cold turkey after eating it every day for years! :) next on my list of goals is to nix the sugar and find a healthier alternative!
