I'm feeling the same way right now. What I'm doing is adding different flavors to my food. One of my favorite ways to eat meat is to saute it in olive oil then when it's browned to my liking I add 2 Tbs brown sugar and 1-2 Tbs Worcester sauce. Cook another few minutes until the sauce thickens and enjoy. I also like adding 1-2 tsp cinnamon to this mix. The cinnamon makes it taste similarly to the orange sauce in orange chicken.

Try changing up your fruits and veggies. Eat something you haven't eaten in 3 months.

I've felt the same way for a LONG time now (since before I was pregnant!!) I actually bought myself some new cookbooks and going through Pinterest for new recipes that sparked my interest (and appetite for that matter!) It's actually helped me eat healthier and not be eating the same stuff we're used to cooking every week!

Here lately i completely DREAD meal times. I am sick of eating. Nothing sounds good, i am tired of meat completely. I find myself skipping meals even my toddler eats more than i do. Any suggestions?
