See if adding other spices/seasonings to your food helps. Since you like garlic salt, try using garlic powder and salt seperately, and adjusting how much you use (slowly start decreasing salt and increasing garlic). I normally use pepper instead of salt, personally.
White pepper is good for enhancing other flavors, similar to the effect you want from salt. You could also try that.

When I was preggo with this last baby, I had issues with high blood pressure, so I cut out all salt. Since I have had her, for some reason I have reverted back to my bad habits of lots of salt. I just love the taste of it...going to have to wean myself off of it again....any suggestions? Don't like no salt...or mrs dash! I do love galric salt, but is that the same as salt? Tonight I am as bloated as I was 8 months preggo.....uughh!
