I have the same problem. I call it my analysis paralysis. I spend so much time trying to decide where to start that things don't get done and I am vowing to change that. What often factors into that is that I am worried about what others will think if I don't do such and such. I plan on getting over that too. Would like to encourage you if I can. Maybe we can bounce ideas off each other.
The Newfoundland Standard Time (NST) zone, UTC-3:30, is a unique time zone that exists because of the islands location and the fact that it was a separate dominion when the time zones were of the Atlantic Standard Time (AST) zone.

I need to learn to be still & not let it drive me crazy. I'm recovering from surgery & trying not to do more than I should but being still (with A.D.D.) is not my strong suit. The 2nd thing is to stay focused on the plan ahead & not to let life sidetrack me from my goala.

My biggest issue is not caring enough about myself. I come last...so I don't schedule my exercise like I should, and I eat whatever is handy because I don't take the time to plan good meals. I need a team like this because these are exactly my goals...to be fit and organized. Call it a projection, if you will! Linda

oh my goodness-I pick all of the above. If I could stick to my oft-made plans, I could achieve so much. The Spark People rewards help me a lot as I tend to rise to specific challenges and if I am accountable, I hate to go back on "my word". I really only let myself down but it seems like that is not enough for me. I guess I want someone else's approval more than I value my own decisions! Yikes, I can/am writing a book here!
My biggest challenge is, and always has been, motivation. When I AM motivated, I get a lot accomplished in a short amount of time. I guess my motivation comes in short spurts and doesn't hold out for the long haul. This is why I haven't lost a lot of weight or stuck with my fitness/nutrition goals. I need some major help with motivation in 2013.

Maybe it's the dreary, rainy day here, but I'm in a 'getting ready for the new year' kind of mood. I've struggled in 2012 with keeping myself heading in the right direction, and I want to make sure that does NOT continue in 2013! For this I need your help.
What has been your biggest problem area this year? What do you need help in solving? Eating in calorie range? Getting in your fitness minutes? Getting the proper nutrition? Mixing up your workouts? Getting organized? Staying organized? Getting motivated to accomplish...Anything???
Leave me a comment to indicate your biggest challenge/obstacle, and I'll give you a goodie!
