I'm sure you're onto week 4 by now, but i thought i'd chime in. I just started RI30 for a 2nd time. i did it back in October and I am DREADING weeks 3 and 4! I'm in better shape and weigh about 30lbs less than I did the 1st time around but still... those workouts are tough!!!

Started Week 3 - OUUUUUCH! Jillian really works the legs and arms. Talk about jello! The exercises that involve balance really get me - I've got to work on my balance. The one-legged jumps are tough too - I have bad ankles. Very hard to get lift off of them. I hope the more I do the exercises the stronger my ankles get.
