I restarted doing Ripped in 30 week 2 - stress and what not kind of got in the way of exercise for a bit. Day 1 wasn't so bad - I think because I had the window open and a fan in it to get all that cold air in. Day 2 was...ugh. I didn't have the window open and the heat was on, though it felt comfortable. Thought I was going to faint a few times. Those crab push ups are still hard, but I hope it gets easier.
