It's brilliant isn't it?

I've done all of Ripped In 30, and still find week 2 to be the best in terms of an overall workout for the whole body.

I usually do Weeks 2 and 3 back to back to make an hour-long workout - at the end of which I'm pretty much good for nothing!

Keep going!

I restarted doing Ripped in 30 week 2 - stress and what not kind of got in the way of exercise for a bit. Day 1 wasn't so bad - I think because I had the window open and a fan in it to get all that cold air in. Day 2 was...ugh. I didn't have the window open and the heat was on, though it felt comfortable. Thought I was going to faint a few times. Those crab push ups are still hard, but I hope it gets easier.
