I must warn you that Tracy's workouts are VERY different, look weird, and her "teaching" or not enough teaching method takes getting use to, but her workouts will help reshape your body! My butt is higher now, than at any other time in my life, including when I was 25 and weighed 125 pounds! And I LOVE my arms!
I'm such a Tracy fanatic that it's hard for me to stick with Jillian. I get bored. There's so many things I LOVE about her teaching style in BR and her bigger class, but there's also something that bugs me. So, I have a hard time sticking with it for the full 12 weeks. I usually drop out when I finish week8.
I own ALL of Jillian's DVDs, but I LOVE all her original workouts. Shred, Yoga, Banish, No More Trouble. Ripped in 30.
