I forgot to post this. I finished the 30 Day Slim Down...Some More on 2/16. I lost 6 lbs!

I did the rotations after completing the programs.
August was 30 DS, September/October was RI 30, November was 30 day slim down. December & part of January I just did a combo of JM DVDs. But I find I do better with a set rotation.

Have you done any of the JM program?

When doing the rotations, did you start them after completing the programs individually or start out with the rotations?

Good to know about Tracy Anderson! I'll look into her workouts.
I only have the original JM DVDs, I don't have Yoga but it's available for free on you tube.

Thanks for the info on Tracy Anderson. I was just checking out one of her workouts. It's good to know about your results. I'm going to keep doing some more research, but a good tip is always appreciated!

Congratulations on your weight loss! emoticon If you don't see the toning results you want with Jillian, stop by our Tracy Anderson team and check out the links to some of her workouts. I must warn you that Tracy's workouts are VERY different, look weird, and her "teaching" or not enough teaching method takes getting use to, but her workouts will help reshape your body! My butt is higher now, than at any other time in my life, including when I was 25 and weighed 125 pounds! And I LOVE my arms!

I'm such a Tracy fanatic that it's hard for me to stick with Jillian. I get bored. There's so many things I LOVE about her teaching style in BR and her bigger class, but there's also something that bugs me. So, I have a hard time sticking with it for the full 12 weeks. I usually drop out when I finish week8.

I own ALL of Jillian's DVDs, but I LOVE all her original workouts. Shred, Yoga, Banish, No More Trouble. Ripped in 30.

Ryder - I was looking at those rotations too. The look tough!!! My main motivation for wanting to do a challenging rotation is that I'm going on vaca to the Caribbean in mid-March. That means swimsuit! I recently lost a significant amount weight and I really want to tone up.

I've decided to go for it starting tomorrow. I know it's weird to start a rotation mid month and on a Thursday. But it actually works out because Tuesdays are ideal for me to rest (it's usually the day when I just can't fit in a workout).

How do you like BR? I've thought about it, but can't bring myself to spend that much on JM DVD's when I already own 4!
Don't give up on it (especially since you've made the investment)!!! emoticon

I've never tried it. Thanks for posting the link! It looks like a great rotation. It makes me wish I weren't doing Body Revolution. I don't know why I always want to quit that program. emoticon Last year I did BlacKandi's Bikini Body Challenges which were different rotations each month. Some of those were really tough but I loved them.

Has anyone done the rotation that Blackandi created, expanding on Jillian's 30 Day Slim Down? I did the slim down in November & saw great results. I considered doing slim down...some more but backed off because I was super intimidated! After a month & a half of going through the JM DVDs I have at random, I'm craving a structured rotation.
