What about those awful rockstar jumps at the end of level 3?!
I love jumping jacks, but can't stand the rockstars - I actually have to replace them with jumping jacks because they are too hard on a weak left foot that I'm plagued with.

Please read my ticker backwards as I am trying to gain weight.

I agree, take your measurements! i was amazed at how many inches I lost after 30DS.

As for the jumping jacks - i despise them! Do the best you can do and stick with it. It does get easier so stick with it!!!!

One other bit of advice- take your measurements now. If you do this workout, you WILL start to reshape your body. I wish I'd taken my measurements when I first started, because lots of the changes are drastic & I'd love to see that all in black & white.

Keep at it. Just do YOUR best. If you have to pause the DVD, do so, then keep going. You can do this. You will, just keep at it.

Also, one thing that I noticed is that when my body is sore from one of the workouts, doing the workout again will generally help to alleviate some of that soreness.

That old adage, no pain,no gain, is true. If you're sore, at least you know you did the work.

Do some yoga "bridges"--that can help with the bladder problem. It also works your hamstrings and gluteals (ie, your butt). I'm sure there's a demo of that exercise here on site. I still do modified jumping jacks, or, if I'm getting tired, do the punches.

Yup. Isn't she wonderfully brutal?

Keep with it, it will get easier....promise! Around day 4 of each level I started to notice it was easier to do. By day 10 it didn't seem easy, just a lot easier than day 1. Modify where you need to.

Holy Mother, that DVD is brutal, I thought I was in better shape than that, obviously I am in terrible shape I lasted not quite ten minutes of this DVD I found the Jumping Jacks especially hard, it seem to inflict discomfort on my bladder which made them extremely difficult. This does not mean I give up I am going to try and conquer it if I can I maybe will just do modified Jumping Jacks for the time being, Wow. She is tough, Jane has nothing on her. emoticon
