What about those awful rockstar jumps at the end of level 3?! I love jumping jacks, but can't stand the rockstars - I actually have to replace them with jumping jacks because they are too hard on a weak left foot that I'm plagued with.

One other bit of advice- take your measurements now. If you do this workout, you WILL start to reshape your body. I wish I'd taken my measurements when I first started, because lots of the changes are drastic & I'd love to see that all in black & white.
Do some yoga "bridges"--that can help with the bladder problem. It also works your hamstrings and gluteals (ie, your butt). I'm sure there's a demo of that exercise here on site. I still do modified jumping jacks, or, if I'm getting tired, do the punches.
Holy Mother, that DVD is brutal, I thought I was in better shape than that, obviously I am in terrible shape I lasted not quite ten minutes of this DVD I found the Jumping Jacks especially hard, it seem to inflict discomfort on my bladder which made them extremely difficult. This does not mean I give up I am going to try and conquer it if I can I maybe will just do modified Jumping Jacks for the time being, Wow. She is tough, Jane has nothing on her.
