There are a few here who started the 30 DS beginning of September; I'm sure you could just jump in and join them! (I myself started doing it too but got 'exercise ADD' with doing only 1 level so now I'm doing a mix of Jillian's workouts; mainly focusing on her suggested ones for the '30 Day Slim down' plan, which includes her 'No more trouble zones' & 'Banish fat, boost metabolism', but I still stray away from it some days and do my own thing with other DVDs LOL)
I think the 30 DS is awesome for getting back into shape, just take it easy and don't get discouraged if you can't keep up right away with Jillian and the girls on the screen! You'll get there!
PS: Off topic: Where in PA are you? We're about to retire (Hubby is in the Navy) and settle down in PA, near Harrisburg area. -We still got a few months left overseas here though! *sigh*
