i will look into the protein issue - i honestly hadn't considered. i am going to stay off the scale until my one month of the slim down challenge is done. i am going to use my pants as the judge of how well this is going. i was sure that i had lost weight and i hopped on the scale and it was exactly the same!!
what is an example of your daily diet? do u drink protein shakes?
this is what i eat almost every day:
oatmeal w/ 1/2 tsp br sugar and handful of raisins
dannon light n fit w/ 1/2 C kashi go lean
1/4 C plain almonds
one serving of fruit - usually an apple, sometimes fresh fruit salad
low carb wrap w/ hummus, black beans, salsa and 2 slices of turkey
dinner could be anything consisting of a protein and veggie - no potato or rice.
6-8 glasses of water and 2 cups of coffee (cream and splenda) mixed in there too.
maybe i was wrong about my carb intake? i tried atkins in feb and hated it. i lasted 2 months so i am still under the mindset to stay away from as much bread potatoes and rice as possible. i do like oatmeal and kashi tho...
