I didn't see a post like this but I wanted to have a place for us to post result for those that unsure if they want to give 30shred and other JM dvds a try.
I started with the shred on Dec22/2011 and have since moved on monthly to ripped, then to a bikkini body challenge * a mix of JM on rotation for those that don't know, for March and April I had various dvds (Kickbox fast fix,extreme shed and shred, BFBM on rotation). Now I am doing my own routine consisting of No more Trouble Zones along wiht levels 3 and 4 of ripped in 30.
I have lost, ..... 33lbs, and 12inches overall in just over 4mths. I have gained so much strength that I now do crow or scorpian pushups for fun, when I started I was doing them on my knees. I have so much energy and endurance, keeping up with my 6yr old and 6mth old is a breeze.
I do NOT have a gym membership or any workout equipment. I eat LOTS, for one month I followed the ripped in 30 meal plan, but for now I am sticking with the meals in JM's book Making the cut.
Hopefully others will share their successes and anyone on the fence about giving JM's vids a try will get some motivation!
p.s My ticker is not incorrect or anythingk I have lost 46 overall, but 33 while working out with JM. ;) just making that clear.
