I got through day 9 and got injured at work. Its been a week. Should I start from Day 1 again? I lost an inch in my chest and a half inch on waist in those 9 days! Down one pant size! Opinions?

I thought I would add my results in here since I finished the Shred yesterday and did my weekly weigh-in this morning. The only measurements I did were weight and waist, but I lost 7.4 pounds and 2 inches off my waist. I wish I had taken before and after photos because there is a visible difference in my shape now. I'm watching what I eat but the Shred is the only exercise I've done (moving on to 6 Week Six Pack next).

Very, VERY happy with my results! I am kind of amazed that it worked as well as it did, but I am a believer now!

Kathy in Texas

Just keep trying. Be kind to yourself.

I wanted to add my results in here to hopefully give some people a bit of motivation. I started strong with the Shred on 4/25/2012. I made it all the way through level 2 with only a few days off. I was thrown off a bit at that point by a work trip and then a terrible cold. I think I missed about a week and a half before returning to Level 3. That was tough so I moved back down to Level 2. I did not complete the full 30 days but I still saw results. NOTE: I did stay within my calorie ranges for the most part the entire time. I also did some additional treadmill work 3 days per week except when I was ill.

It has been one month since I measured and even though I had my illness throw me off balance, I still had some decent results:

Awesome job! I used Jillian to lose some weight, but mostly inches. I have been using Jillian for almost 2 years and its the best. My original goal was to gate back to a size 10 as Iwas starting to pop out of all my size 12's. I have been a size 6-8 for more than a year. Its fun to go clothes shopping now!! I love the complements I get.

I didn't see a post like this but I wanted to have a place for us to post result for those that unsure if they want to give 30shred and other JM dvds a try.

I started with the shred on Dec22/2011 and have since moved on monthly to ripped, then to a bikkini body challenge * a mix of JM on rotation for those that don't know, for March and April I had various dvds (Kickbox fast fix, extreme shed and shred, BFBM on rotation). Now I am doing my own routine consisting of No more Trouble Zones along wiht levels 3 and 4 of ripped in 30.

I have lost, ..... 33lbs, and 12inches overall in just over 4mths. I have gained so much strength that I now do crow or scorpian pushups for fun, when I started I was doing them on my knees. I have so much energy and endurance, keeping up with my 6yr old and 6mth old is a breeze.
I do NOT have a gym membership or any workout equipment. I eat LOTS, for one month I followed the ripped in 30 meal plan, but for now I am sticking with the meals in JM's book Making the cut.

Hopefully others will share their successes and anyone on the fence about giving JM's vids a try will get some motivation!

p.s My ticker is not incorrect or anythingk I have lost 46 overall, but 33 while working out with JM. ;) just making that clear.

I didn't say it would be easy, I said it would be worth it.
