Really?! wow, question for you: which one are you doing, the easy way (Anita) or the regular? (Natalie). I was trying to be the tough girl but when I can't I can't. I did my modification of both.
Example, If I can't do the jump rope I jog in place, if I can't do a complete set of jumping jacks, I stop and run in place the thing is to continue doing any type of move.
I am starting over again and the first thing I got in mine was, should I start from Level 3, nop, I do not like level 2 at all, so let start from level 1, and I forgot certain moves that I still do not like like the lunges with biceps, my knees do not like it but I did it. The boxing or punch box I did it with 3lbs. weight so far so good, and the part that I surprised myself was to do the whole sets of jumping jacks without stopping including the single jump rope.
Give yourself a time, go slow to adjust your body to the movement.
