I would suggest one of her pure cardio w/outs. I like BFBM or her new kickbox Dvd. Ive been doing JMs for months now and I never do only one Dvd/ week. I rotate them all. My husband has the same issue. Its just Bc hes more muscularly fit vs cardio. No biggie. Just what you need to emphasize more.
Really?! wow, question for you: which one are you doing, the easy way (Anita) or the regular? (Natalie). I was trying to be the tough girl but when I can't I can't. I did my modification of both.
Example, If I can't do the jump rope I jog in place, if I can't do a complete set of jumping jacks, I stop and run in place the thing is to continue doing any type of move.
I am starting over again and the first thing I got in mine was, should I start from Level 3, nop, I do not like level 2 at all, so let start from level 1, and I forgot certain moves that I still do not like like the lunges with biceps, my knees do not like it but I did it. The boxing or punch box I did it with 3lbs. weight so far so good, and the part that I surprised myself was to do the whole sets of jumping jacks without stopping including the single jump rope.
Give yourself a time, go slow to adjust your body to the movement.

I've been doing the 30 DS for about a month now. I jumped up to level after the first week but I'm stuck on level 2. I am huffing and puffing through the entire workout! I can hardly make it through the cardio parts. I feel like it should be getting better by now and I'm ready to move on to level 3 but I cant get past the cardio in level 2, I just cant breathe. (and the squats,v lifts...those KILL me too :) but I'm really concerned about the cardio!) Any ideas? Thanks!
