I've done several of her dvds and just started the NMTZ. I think the best results come from doing it 5-6 days a week. However, if you are really sore then I would advise to skip a day so your muscles can repair. If you are brand new to the workouts then I would definitely skip a day and aim for 3 days/week until your build up your endurance and strength. Best of luck to you!
