5-6 days seems like a lot of strength training to me, I would probably do 3-4 days and alternate with rest or a less intense workout. It is definitely important to listen to your body, so if you can do it 5-6 days, that's great, but if you can only do 3-4 days, that's great too!
I've done several of her dvds and just started the NMTZ. I think the best results come from doing it 5-6 days a week. However, if you are really sore then I would advise to skip a day so your muscles can repair. If you are brand new to the workouts then I would definitely skip a day and aim for 3 days/week until your build up your endurance and strength. Best of luck to you!

Should I be using NMTZ everyday? I have seen some conflicting information saying that it is most effective when used everyday, with a cardio workout. However, I am under the mind set of doing strength training every other day to allow your muscles to rest and repair. Thoughts?
