I've had Extreme Shed & Shred for a couple of months now, have done it all the way through once but haven't used it again.
For some reason, I couldn't love it like I do all other JM workouts - it just seems so wildly different to anything she's done before. Maybe I've been a bit hasty in casting it aside after just one go through.
I've already done my workout today (Banish Fat Boost Metabolism - AWESOME workout!!), and had planned to do strength work tomorrow.
However, having read this topic I'm sorely tempted to dig out Extreme again and have another pop at it tomorrow.
Shall see how energetic I'm feeling when I get up tomorrow morning!
