Hey all! Originally, I had bought 6W6P - this week is the start of week 4. This past Friday was my last day of week 3 and the first time I tried lvl 2 (and almost cried!
LOL) Last week, I bought 30DS and instead of doing 5 days of 6W6P like the previous 2 weeks, I did 3 days of it and 2 of 30DS.
But I'm wondering... Should I try to do both every day? Or maybe do my 6W6P all 5 days and do 30DS MWF, too? Rotate them every other day?
I'm starting to see results with 6W6P - no weight loss, but I didn't have a lot of weight to lose. Just the mommy pooch that I got from 3 kids. :) I'm starting to see a little definition and I'm definitely feeling the muscles are stronger.
With 30DS, do I need to do it every day - is that the idea, 30 days in a row?
Thanks for any help/encouragement. I am LOVING these work outs - I think I needed someone tough like Jillian to kick my booty into gear and get me doing instead of sitting.
