I have been dreading doing my first day of level 3 today, level 2 was still really hard, but I wanted to move on. So I debating until 10pm this evening and thought lets go - don't quit now.
I really enjoyed it, I can't do the full rockstar jumps as I am still recovering with damaged ligaments in my ankle so its still weak. I have read through and hope I see more results with this, but I feel positive again after the workout, when I was full dread just an hour ago!
