Hi,

I have been dreading doing my first day of level 3 today, level 2 was still really hard, but I wanted to move on. So I debating until 10pm this evening and thought lets go - don't quit now.

I really enjoyed it, I can't do the full rockstar jumps as I am still recovering with damaged ligaments in my ankle so its still weak. I have read through and hope I see more results with this, but I feel positive again after the workout, when I was full dread just an hour ago!

My knees and ankles aren't happy about level 3 and jumping, but it's still my favourite, it's seems more fun and makes me to really push myself.

Level 3 is the hardest to me. Those rock stars kill me. I have to watch it. I tend to overdo it and sometimes try to really jump high and the next day my knees pay for it.

Total lost pounds with Shred: 1.5

Total lost inches with Shred:
- 2.5" on waist,
-3" low waist
- 1.5" hips,
- 0.75" thighs
- 1" upper arms.
-1" on chest
- 2" on bust.
-.25" on calves (wth!)
- .05 on hip to waist ratio.

I actually like level 3 the best, it's a more fun workout.. but.. I feel like level 2 tightens my abs and works my arms the best. Keep at it everyone, it will get better !

holy smoke!!! I have been avoiding level 3 like the plague- doing NMTZ, level 1 and 2 advanced workouts, and today I decided to face the music and hit level 3. I went back and forth between natalie and Anita- I made it through the workout, even with my 2 year old crawling all over me. Now I wonder what I have been avoiding lol.
If your knees are killing you in level one, lower your intensity until your muscles are more used to it, and watch your form. When I started I kept having what I call "catches" in my left knee- so i lightened up and didn't push full out-- now i can follow natalie on Level 1 and most of level 2 except pushups, and I haven't had any knee pain for over a month. hope this helps.
I do think you should automatically lose 5 lbs the first time thru level 3 lol. -- well the first time through each level for that matter

Yes that's hard together but I'm sure you felt good once you were done. The best part of work out like that for me is when I see the COOLDOWN part. Congrats. you did it.
