So I went to Walmart to buy no more trouble zones but they didn't have it. Can I order it off Jillian's site?

Final weight goal of 140 pounds & maintain my fitness with excellent blood sugar management.

Can someone update the list to add Extreme Shed & Shred and her new Kickbox Fast Fix? I am thinking of tracking Extreme as circuit and Kickbox as aerobic.

Actually,they now have Aerobics high impact(P90X,Insanity) under other exercises on Cardio tracker.When I was doing P90X,I used Jillian in place of their cardio.So,I track Extreme shed and shred under this.

I was going to enter my time doing BFBM from yesterday, but I'm failing to see "Cardio: high intensity" - or anything that remotely looks like that. Any ideas?

hi everyone! i just started Jillian's Killer Buns and Thighs today. Anyone know how to track this in the Sparkpeople Fitness Tracker? I don't own a heart rate monitor emoticon

FWIW, I chose to enter her 6 Week Six-Pack as Calisthenics: Vigorous as this workout is pretty much defined by calisthenic movements - lunges, planks, crunches, etc. Hope this helps someone else. :)

This was requested by team member TINCHERMR (thank you!). She noticed that there are a lot of threads where members are asking how to track Jillian's workouts so I'll let you all know how to do that in here...

**JILLIAN'S WORKOUT TYPES BY TITLE...

The Biggest Winner Series(all) = cardio @ high intensity

30 Day Shred = circuit training

TBL Power Sculpt = circuit training

**HOW TO LOG JILLIAN WORKOUTS USING SPARK'S CALORIE BURNED ESTIMATES...

If you don't use a heart rate monitor then track your workouts in Spark like this:

In Spark People go to "My Fitness", click on the "Cardio" button, click the "Browse" tab, see the drop down box and select "Other Exercises", find "Circuit Training" or "Aerobics:General:High Impact" (cardio @ high intensity) depending on the Jillian workout you want to log.

**HOW TO MANUALLY LOG YOUR JILLIAN WORKOUTS USING YOUR OWN HEART RATE MONITOR READINGS...

In Spark People go to "My Fitness", click on the "Cardio" button, then click on the "Manually Enter Calories Burned" button, type in the name of the workout you want to log into the "Activity Description" in the box provided, type in your total workout "Minutes" and "Calories" burned in the boxes provided and click on the "Add Exercise" button.

That's all to it! emoticon
