under your fitness page...go to your "Cardio" section and then click on "add cardio" button on the top of the box. and then go to "browse" and then under that you click on "other activities" (i believe?) and then under that you should find "circuit training" and then enter the minutes (i put 20 minutes since i didn't count the warm and cool down) and then add to your cardio for the day.
To answer your ? about how to enter your shred. Go to Fitness page,go under browse,click on other exercises, click on circuit training,then enter your minutes you exercised, not your warm up or cool down, exercise minutes only, and click on add! It will calculate calories for you. If you can check out my fitness page, for 12/31.

Hi everyone I just purchased the 30day shred off the internet and now I am downloading it. My question is so how do I do it am I supposed to do it everyday for 30 days straight or mix it up with level 2 and 3 or just do other workouts in between days off if someone could give me some guidance. Cant wait to meet you all.

hello.. i am new to the team and have a few questions. But first,this is me: My name is lisa. I live in israel so i cannot get the 30 day shred book unless i order it and it would take weeks to get here and is way to expensive for me. I have a 2 and a half year old son. I gained almost 80 pounds during my pregnancy and i have lost most of it.I have about 10-15 to go to be where i was before my pregnancy. I am an emotional eater, compulsive eater and i have NEVER gone a whole week wothout binging on everything in sight. I have a herniated disc and aspinal stenosis meaning i cannot do any high impact jumping, running etc... I saw the dvd version of the 30 day shred and looked like something i can definately do... with a few moderations. My questions for you are: 1. what is the order of the levels and the exercises? meaning, when do i do them and for how long?? 2. what do i do after the 30 days?? is there a continuation? 3. is there a nutrition section to this 30 day shred?
sorry if i seem demanding but this is really serious to me and i am really wanting to get my ---- together this time. thanks you... lisa
