Same I went to buy it at Target on Saturday and they didn't have it either. I actually got it at Barnes & Noble for $15.
I am waiting to start after the new year, but was hoping I could get some more info from those who have been doing it. Has anyone seen results? Is it mainly strength training? To be honest, I haven't even read the DVD case, I just saw this group on SP and I love Biggest Loser and Jillian, so I decided to give it a go.
I have been using 3-8lb weights. The shoulder exercises I need 3 lbs for due to an injury a year ago. I use the 8lbs for the chest exercises and the 5lbs for the back exercises. Hopefully by the end of the series, I will be up to 5 lbs for my shoulder exercises too!

Hi all, I was going to do 'Making the Cut' but as I am moving (and with Xmas and Thanksgiving around the corner) I am saving it for the new year. Instead I am going to start the 30 day shred. What equipment will I need for this work out? I would rather not go out and buy anything as, like I said.. I am moving- overseas! Thanks :)
