I ended up ordering it online.. now I have to wait for it! All I know is that there are 3 x 20 min workouts ranging from easiest to hardest. I'm hoping for some results by January!! :-)

Same I went to buy it at Target on Saturday and they didn't have it either. I actually got it at Barnes & Noble for $15.

I am waiting to start after the new year, but was hoping I could get some more info from those who have been doing it. Has anyone seen results? Is it mainly strength training? To be honest, I haven't even read the DVD case, I just saw this group on SP and I love Biggest Loser and Jillian, so I decided to give it a go.

I went to Target today to get the DVD all ready to do it and damn it.. they didn't have it! I have ordered it online, now just waiting (and hitting the gym). :)

I saw theese weights were you can add to them so they can be 3, 3.5, 4 what ever weight you need...neat huh...they they clasp together so you cna lift it like 1 dumbell.

I have been lifting 5lbs but they are too heavy for shoulders but to lighjt for biceps go figure! I hoping i could find some cheap on craigslist

I have been using 3-8lb weights. The shoulder exercises I need 3 lbs for due to an injury a year ago. I use the 8lbs for the chest exercises and the 5lbs for the back exercises. Hopefully by the end of the series, I will be up to 5 lbs for my shoulder exercises too!

I have been using 3 lbs., but it's too easy for those exercises. I think I need 6 lbs. You'll have to experiment and maybe work your way up to higher weights.

You only need hand weights - 3 to 5 lbs will do.

Hi all,
I was going to do 'Making the Cut' but as I am moving (and with Xmas and Thanksgiving around the corner) I am saving it for the new year. Instead I am going to start the 30 day shred. What equipment will I need for this work out? I would rather not go out and buy anything as, like I said.. I am moving- overseas!
