Yeah I agree I really felt the pain on day 3 and I used 5lb weights also the 3lbs didn't seem to do it for me...good luck to you

Good job on making it through Day 1! I found that I was not sore until after Day 2...so make sure you are stretching good! Keep up the good work!!
I'm REALLY surprised. I'm not sore! It was definitely a good workout but I really thought I'd be sore. I was using 3lb weights but now I'm thinking maybe I should have used 5 lb weights.
