I dont know you would want us to yell at you like JM does. she made people cry this week. :) You can do this though. Everyone is allowed a break sometimes its what you need to be able to keep going.

No kick in the pants necessary. It happens to everyone. It's okay. One of the worst things you can do is negative self-talk. Be positive. Talk to yourself like you would talk to a friend. How would you pump your friend up. Or if you want, I can yell at you like JM does to her contestants. It's all with love I'm sure. Just don't beat yourself up. Now, step away from the computer and go shred.

Ugh. I have been super lazy and have not worked out for over a week. I am going to do a few days of level 2 starting tonight and then kick it up to level 3 until the 21st (When I will be flying to Miami!)
December I will make a second attempt at doing 30 days in a row.
I have also gained 2 pounds since I stopped working out. I need to get under 190, my goal is 189 by December.
I really need a emoticon in the pants.
