It's also my second day it was easier than yesterday but I'm stuck with 5 lbs weights. It easir for me to use 2 water bottles when doing some exercises and I'm sweating more thaan I have before it's awesome
Okay, so I just complete day two. I did end up dropping down to a 2lb weight which was a little bit easier than the 3lb i started with on day one. I will keep using the 2lb weights for a couple more days before I go back up to the 3lb.
