JILLIAN40 thank you for that i was on another site and some were saying they use 10lb i was like crikey i only use 4kg i must be a weakling then i realised it was lb and kgs so was quite pleased when realised i was 8lb ish i thought woo

5 lbs with level one, want to use 8lbs with level 2 or three, hopefully my strength level will adhere to it.

im not really sure on lbs we do our weights in kgs in the uk i use 4kg but is it 2.2 lbs per kg does that mean im using 8lbs im not sure ?

Use what's comfortable for you. If by the end of one set, you feel like you can do more, than increase your weights.

I think most people on this site use 3-5 pounds.

It's easy to say you're too tired, too stressed, too busy, too this or too that. Too bad. The only way you'll strip away the fat is to start by stripping away the excuses.

It depends on you and what feels like a good workout for you. Although for level 3 where she has you hold weights for the cardio - you may want to be careful with 8 lb weights. I'm thinking in particular about the jumping jacks and the punches. But again it depends on your strength.
